Can Providers Block Their Ads from RM Searches?
Cretus replied to + PhileasFogg's topic in Questions About Hiring
Yes, this can apparently be done. I recall a provider telling me he did that before, when I realized I could search up his profile summary. -
Actually, I’ve had a regular provider who I trust ask once for an advance because there indeed was a bill he needed to pay and was late on. I paid him for half the overnight and the remainder after the actual overnight 4 days later. Its just something I would hesitate to do for someone you’ve never met and who’s reputation you don’t know.
-
Yes, you did answer my question.
-
I’m aware that the situation I added and described was not what the question was about. I inquired about your stance on this hypothetical situation in order to get a sense about whether you would engage in some form of reimbursement in the case of a cancellation on your part.
-
This is normatively ok in my own opinion, but I would ask you: suppose you booked an overnight with a provider, and you suddenly had to cancel. That provider might have said no to other people for you for that night(lost $$$), was tantalized with the prospect of earning over $1000 and disillusioned, and if they are bottoming, may have altered their diet and put significant time into preparing their nether regions for the overnight. It’s ok to not put a deposit out front I would say, but do you think it would be ok to cancel and not pay the provider anything?
-
It might be on purpose. Maybe he views 3 hours as a significant input that demands more than $225 for the 3rd hour, and from then on he begins lowering the future hourly rates again because he’s reached that huge 3 hour milestone that is so significant to him.

Symphony of people saying “NEVeR do Deposits!” Coming in 3, 2, 1 ……..

Well, I presume you have assessed those reviews. I also assume you have checked whether the provider is mentioned specifically in the Deli Forum on the company of men website. If they don’t have a 4.7 star rating or above on RM, and or if there is something suggestive of dishonesty about them on this website, I would say no to the offer. I wonder how many RM reviews the individual in question has. To this provider’s point, a bad review could taint a perfect record if he has one, and that is incentive for him to not cheat you out of a deposit you paid. It is rare that a provider cheapens his services overall in exchange for receiving a prepaid deposit. (Nerdy tangent: This may just be a sign of a very economic/ choice theory minded escort- which is good; he understands that you perceive some risk of sending deposit money to him, so he lowers the overall cost of services to reduce your sense of total expected loss.) It may also be a provider who wants to run away with your deposit money. I personally only do deposits when the reviewer has many reviews on RM, has a professional sounding and not copy-pasted self description, and is positively reviewed on here as well. Let us know how it goes!

So glad @Viking recommended that I see him. This guy is an amazing bottom. I saw him earlier this month, and he is as sexy in person as he is in photos, and well endowed in the 🍑. Very personable, sensual, and an excellent kisser (something I prioritize).

Are people actually flying providers to them?
Cretus replied to DMonDude's topic in Questions About Hiring
I’ll answer the question anyway. Yes, I fly people out to NYC somewhat frequently- especially when I get an idea from members here and reviews on RM that they are trustworthy and won’t run away with the deposit I pay them. Those individuals, aside from being exceptionally aesthetically, must also have excellent personalities. I have regular guys who I fly out at this point. It’s obviously a position of privilege, and not many people have the means to do this. -

Cretus replied to DMonDude's topic in Questions About Hiring
I’m curious, @DMonDude- are you a provider or a client? I only ask because your posts have a sort of provider feel to them. -
This is quite an accusation, and given that your account is less than a day old and this is your very first post…… We may need a little more context or evidence to believe the claim. He definitely seems flaky, as per previous comments about him. Sheer scamming is a step above that.
-
I think that the premium requirement is a good thing. I would conjecture that if anyone could submit a review, without needing to pay for membership, things would be much much worse. As you implied, Providers themselves indeed could then, for free, create new accounts and inflate their own reviews, or target their own competition by writing false reviews. I agree that more reviews per person is a good thing. I personally don’t like to see a guy with 70 reviews and half of them are from the same person. Seems suspicious to me. I agree that expecting thanks for a review is too much. I bet providers don’t necessarily get a notification that they receive a review.

I guess people have drastically different concepts of a bubble butt, because I don’t think this counts as one. Ive seen his face, and it’s definitely cute. He also has been good conversationally. I hope to meet him on my next trip.

Providers less and less willing to unlock private pics
Cretus replied to ThirdEye's topic in Questions About Hiring
Providers are not necessarily assuming you are a time waster- they may just have no signals about you at *all*, and choose to not interact due to the uncertainty. I am a client, and I have my own private gallery with pics of my bubble butt and big dick. I sometimes get escorts who want to see my client private album, and the options I can select on the request are always a plain "Yes or "No" button, and nothing else. I don't think someone pressing "No" is a sign of unfriendliness to individuals who want to see my private pictures without any prior substantive chat or inquiry. That's great that you had nice exchanges with providers whom you didn't ask to unlock their private gallery. I don't take the private gallery being opened as the only factor that determines whether a client-provider meeting will happen and whether it will be successful. -
Providers less and less willing to unlock private pics
Cretus replied to ThirdEye's topic in Questions About Hiring
I took the quote below by Boink as implying that he starts a dialog only after the provider agrees to unlock the gallery. “When they DO unlock the gallery, I make it a point to thank them and THEN start a dialog and take it from there.” -
Providers less and less willing to unlock private pics
Cretus replied to ThirdEye's topic in Questions About Hiring
I mean, I would assume providers who don’t have a private album STILL get contacted by time wasters and scammers looking to either jack off from sensitive pictures or, worse, use any received photos against the provider. For you, your general way of opening the conversation is by pushing the private pic button. I’m just noting that many escorts in the environment of exploitation, time wasting, and scamming, will not differentiate between you and bad actors. Indeed, for you and some others, it will end up being a Mexican standoff. However, those same providers will encounter clients they deem trustworthy for various reasons and successfully finalize a meeting with them. Providers on RM (like any other money generating gig I’m assuming) would not stay on RM if they didn’t turn a profit, and this means getting reached out to by clients who they find trustworthy, direct, and respectful from initial encounters. -
Providers less and less willing to unlock private pics
Cretus replied to ThirdEye's topic in Questions About Hiring
I mean, your last sentence says you get tired of trying to prove your sincerity, but you didn’t message beforehand; you yourself made no communication before requesting. Requesting without messaging wouldn’t necessarily signal to the provider any conversation-worthiness at all, and in fact is probably what a lot of time-wasters do. The provider doesn’t know you, and is not able to differentiate between you and the sea of bad actors. What is a provider (who gets lots of time-wasters and scammers requesting) to assume about you, someone they do not know, and someone who hasn’t started a conversation with them? -
3 Nights in NYC in October - So Many Options, So Little Time
Cretus replied to + MysticMenace's topic in The Deli
I personally recently spent time with Luca. Despite an unsavory incident detailed in his original thread (which he later rectified)- I found his ad to be very nice and well put together. He is, of course, very attractive in a conventional way as well. I would indeed consider hiring Luca. Danbk is great if you want a very energetic bottom to fuck. -
motive for a bargain basement donation
Cretus replied to viewing ownly's topic in Questions About Hiring
In markets where people probably charge ridiculously high prices with abandon (say, NYC), a bargain may help you stand out, if it’s not too low. $100 anywhere would strike me as too low, however. I’d be suspicious of what I would experience lol. -
Chipotle is my favorite- though it has a lot of place-to-place variability in recipes and resulting taste.
-
Interesting wording there lol…… Also, 41 different clients texting in a span of 2 hours lol……. Saying “sorry I had to go out” is a much more irritating explanation than “I sincerely apologize- I forgot about our booking”.

Had a dramatic breakup with the illustrious Rhyheim. I hope Elijah is doing well.

Anyone top him? Luscious cakes he’s got.
