Based solely on your side of the story provided above, I still would side with the hotel and the female staff member's behavior.
Your time ended at noon, which is very generous standard in the hotel industry (11am is also standard). How is housekeeping going to turn that room around if you're leaving late?  It only works if they haven't sold the room for the following night.  By your checking out late, it means some poor schmuck can't check-in on time after you.
I would bet money that state law would have allowed the hotel to charge you full daily rate for those extra 15 minutes you stayed past posted checkout time.  Female staff's reaction of coming to your room and rushing you out I think was better for everyone than just slapping an extra night's fee to your credit card for being late, which she could have done.
Refusing to leave the room by check-out time is like refusing to get off a rollercoaster at a theme park because you prefer to stay on the ride longer without having to pay for 2nd ride.  Sorry, but the ride won't operate until everyone leaves the train and the new riders waiting in line have boarded.  The hotel can't check in its next guests until everyone has left their rooms on time.

You can ask for any time slot be it peak hours or slow hours - he may be flexible, but you are entitled only to the time you are paying for with a provider - expecting additional time so you are not rushed, is disrespectful of his time.  If you want more time to leisurely get dressed etc, book more time and compensate him accordingly

I have booked a 4-hour appointment with my favourite provider as a 30th birthday present to myself. I’ve seen this provider several times over the past 6 months and we have a good rapport and nice chemistry. The longest appointment I’ve had so far is 2 hours. I just wondered if anyone had any experience with a 4-hour appointments and could provide insight into how they are paced. I know that experiences will vary, but it would be good to get some ideas from both providers and clients. The appointment will take place at his apartment.

I think this issue is being regarded as WAY too binary: "Either you can fuck everything that moves or you shouldn't be a provider." 🙄  I completely disagree...and I repeat: EVERYONE has a right to run their business they way they deem appropriate.  Don't like it/ don't shop there.  
To say I am: 60, fat and bald, certainly doesn't mean that everyone in that category is the SAME. People age differently, look differently, and the term "fat" is VERY general. I think that I AM "fat", when i dont work out regularly. To me, even a beer belly is "fat". To another person 300 pounds and a 48 inch waist is "fat". I think you are missing the vital word of "AND" in my sentence. I am new to the hobby, so please forgive me for being ignorant of the etiquette. And the sessions are just a lot more pleasant. None of that initial awkwardness or trying to scope each other out. The two providers that I see somewhat regularly have also become way more intimate over time and are always the ones who initiate the ‘extras’.
