Thank goodness I don’t live in one of these states. I feel for folks who do live in these areas.
Regarding new providers,  I wouldn’t necessarily rule out the seeking of non-regulars.
Guys you haven’t seen yet and who are well-reviewed should always be an option, especially when their accounts are many years old.

Semantics and definition of a business aside, consent is absolute and I never stated otherwise.  My point was narrower - clear  upfront expectations of potential clientele may help potential clients determine if they should even approach a particular provider or move on to someone else.  Your time availability as stated in your RM profile (8am - 10pm local) is a perfect example of this.  I know before contacting you that your off time is between 10pm and 8am the next day.  However, I wouldn’t have known a photo was required or an age limit was set if I hadn’t read it here in this forum from persons that didn’t take/make the cut.  In my view, clarity saves needless exchanges that oftentimes don’t go well.  As the cliche goes, clear is kind.
No advice given, just setting the record straight when being accused of setting aside human dignity and consent via a Taco Bell analogy… for asking questions of all things.  Moving on.

And no matter what you do or what you submit, consent is still real. If I decide no, its no. I am not for everyone and everyone is not for me.  This is exactly the type of client I do not chose. Someone who puts obligation on me to fuck them. There are PLENTY of providers out there. Your sexual experience does not begin and end with me. At the end of the day, you are online shopping with a wealth of options. If someone tells you no, move on. This is not Taco bell. Even they reserve the right to refuse service. The only people who see fit to push this type of audacity, in my opinion, end up being older, out of touch men.
Applying traditional corporate customer service rules to intimate or independent service work completely ignores personal autonomy. A provider is not a public utility or a vending machine; they don't owe anyone a transaction just because the digital checkboxes were ticked.
I dont know of a man in his 50s who would welcome a a random strangers unsolicited advice concerning his business. I dont know why you think its okay to tell someone what they need to do with their body and time. It does not sound like you have any experience in this line of work and as such I dont think it right that you are attempting to....guilt me?

Be kind to your providers men. I hope anyone reading this sees the type of pressure we have to endure daily.

P.s. it is NOT a buisness to me. Its humanity. And if you took the time to read my reviews, you would know thats how I operate. Sex as a buisness sounds like a drug habit.

First things first: I know what I bring to the table. I'm disciplined, healthy, active, and manage my own business on the side. I carry myself with quiet confidence, not ego, and I expect the people I interact with to do the same.

Second: My assets are entirely real, substantial, and leave zero room for disappointment. You can love that or hate that, but it simply is what it is.

Third: I am genuinely drawn to older gentlemen. However, age alone doesn't make a gentleman; actions do. Safety and respect are non-negotiable. I never meet anyone without a photo—doing otherwise is unsafe and reckless, and I am neither of those things. Too many people have settled for a 'phoned-in' experience in this space, and I refuse to ever do that. It feels like robbery, and I frankly don't need your money that bad. If we are not a match, we part ways. But I am offering access to a very private part of myself, and my only rule is that we have genuine chemistry.
The majority of my reviews are from men over 50, and I’ve met most of them three times or more because I bring consistency, safety, and respect to the table. I expect the same in return.

P.S. If anyone wants to ask me a question, please message me on app or here. I would be happy to discuss anything with anyone.

having met Niccky a few times, i feel compelled to share my view. i totally get the hesitation & concern over sharing a photo, or his selection criteria. however in person he is very friendly, warm, and not a bit of narcissism (as was mentioned here). while the initial contact and "screening" might be intimidating, i'd encourage that it's worth it to meet Niccky

Nickky, despite what I said about you earlier in this thread (and don’t regret), I do agree 1000% with everything you’ve said here. It’s a free country and you can do anything you want, including asking for a photo and seeing (or not seeing) any client for any reason at all, and nobody has any right to fault you for that. If any potential client has a problem with your business decisions, they are free to choose from among literally hundreds of other providers on the market. The fact that you have to even defend your right on this topic is absurd to me. Carry on.

Niccky has said that he has criteria by which he decides on which prospective clients to accept, and that age is not one of them. I have no reason not to accept that. Other may have, or think they have reasons to do so.
He may have declined meetings after becoming aware of a client's age, but that does not show that age was the reason, only that he had learnt it, perhaps among other things, before declining. Sometimes people reveal more in their communications than they think they have.
I'm not sure we're entitled to expect to be told which particular criterion he has used in deciding in any particular case.

I appreciate your response. You were very respectful. You said something that I totally agreed with. Many providers do "phone it in" and leave the client feeling used and empty. That is enough of a reason to assess the client before meeting. I'm still not crazy about it but I understand where you're coming from.
