  1. CNN and other outlets carried the same photo. Here's the original article from CNN.com. https://cdn.cnn.com/cnnnext/dam/assets/141130153420-pig-on-plane-horizontal-large-gallery.jpeg
  2. I like how she tied a green ribbon on the pig.
  3. My doctor reviewed the "voluminous professional literature" and has prescribed a support Pomeranian.
  4. Nothing wrong with a support peacock. It might get eaten by the nearest support kitten though. http://a57.foxnews.com/images.foxnews.com/content/fox-news/travel/2018/01/30/woman-denied-emotional-support-peacock-on-united-flight/_jcr_content/article-text/article-par-9/inline_spotlight_ima/image.img.jpg/612/344/1517322364818.jpg?ve=1&tl=1
  5. I hadn't realized that "hym" (him) was reflexive; I thought it was a third party. If you're okay with the colloquial use of "they" when gender is unknown, then why is it a big stretch to use it when gender is indeterminate (because the person is bi-gender or whatever)?
  6. I thought that "they" refers back to "whoso." "Whoso" seems more likely to be plural to me, but the blog argues that it's singular. I agree that subject/object agreement isn't the issue here.
  7. Happy birthday from the other side of the world! Hope it was a great one filled with kitties and, yes, men. http://bestanimations.com/Holidays/Birthday/hotbirthdaygifs/funny-hot-guys-magic-mike-happy-birthday-wishes-gif.gif
  8. From the Canterbury Tales (Source). I'm not a Middle English expert, but I'm a little dubious that "whoso" is always singular. “And whoso fyndeth hym out of swich blame, They wol come up […]”
  9. I don't know what price range you're looking for, but mid-priced luxury hotels in Times Square include the Renaissance, W, Westin, Knickerbocker and Hyatt. The Marriott Marquis is super-cheesy, of course, but has great views. The Yotel is cheaper and more basic than the other ones listed.
  10. Maybe after a few drinks.
  11. It seems like a way to invite those who aren't yet ready to call themselves "gay" or "bi" into the fold.
  12. I remember when it was BGL.
  13. I prefer the term “mink.” Sounds soft and pet-able.
  14. My first kiss, which followed a 6 month long distance relationship at age sixteen, was a disappointing experience. I learned that with most garden-variety men, reality rarely lives up to fantasy. It only does so if the guy is unusually desirable to me.
  15. The ultra-exclusive Golden Door in southern Cal has several men-only weeks. The article below says they're aimed at very wealthy executives, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the clients are gay. Might be one to look into. https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimdobson/2016/10/10/behind-the-golden-door-the-most-exclusive-spa-retreat-for-the-worlds-richest-men/#541d2a1854eb
  16. This is a tragedy. I’m not sure why the fact that the victim had attended an Ivy League college makes any difference though.
  17. I am so sorry to hear this Rudy.
  18. No, but they didn't expect teabagging either.
  19. When necessary, I grab the pole rather than fall on someone. I've trained myself to keep my balance over time though. It's doable if you change your stance as the train slows to a stop. It's kind of mean to elbow a little kitten though.
  20. Is it still worth getting the flu shot now? I try not to touch subway poles ever. I keep my balance as best as best I can and squeeze into small gaps between people on the benches.
  21. Hey, I just saw this. It means a lot to me. Just had a fantastic birthday dinner. Mwa to you all!
  22. Thanks, everyone, for the sweet bday greetings!
  23. Any kid who had sex was considered a delinquent. Same was true for teenage girls who got pregnant by adult men.
