Do not recommend personally. Terribly messy apartment, lives on the first floor apartment so constant noise (cars, yelling, etc) right next to the window, and very meh totally therapeutic massage overall, even when I had been clear I wanted sensual. 

I typically like to try the newbies next door too! I tried Simon was extremely sweet, clearly new to the practice and also a bit nervous. Honestly everyone... it was bad.  I tried to find some ways to tell him that his price point was too high (especially with no reviews, and no face), but honestly felt silly trying to give that feedback given I was there about to pay it. LOL. (It was right before the NYC blizzard so I took the plunge).
For anyone wondering, he does have a cute face, in my opinion. Can't recall, I think he's from Ecuador or Colombia and is pretty new to NYC (by way of Utah). He's located in a tiny spot in the East Village but does have a table. He ZOOMED (truly in less than 10 min) through a full body rubdown and then instantly wanted to get into the deli extras. This was fine but there was no build up and it was just extremely awkward. He kept asking me for guidance on whether or not I should turn over or which part of my body to hit next. Lacked skill and kind of wherewithal of what to do. So yeah, just overall not great unfortunately. 
Pictures are about 80% accurate I'd say. Needless to say, sadly won't be repeating. He asked afterwards via text if I'd leave a review but I kind of just didn't answer that question. I didn't want to leave a negative one as his first on the public page (and didn't want to leave a dishonest good review either) so I opted out of doing so. 

I just paid for a massage from KarpathianWolf this afternoon. I use the phrase "paid for" rather than "received" or "got" a massage from him because he was in and out in less than 30mins. I paid for 60mins. I had a rather different experience than has been reported on here.
After showing up more than 15mins late, he stripped as soon as he got here and was ready for business, eager to get started. He is in fact very attractive--handsome with a great body. He used what I am pretty certain was spray cooking oil (he left the cap here). I started by lying on my stomach and he was aggressive in his massage, not necessarily in a bad way but in a bit of a surprising way. He did use his whole body, knees and everything. It probably would have been a good massage if it had lasted more than 15mins.
He had me flip over and sprayed my front side, rubbing my chest and thighs a little and started playing with my dick. He was already fully hard when he flipped me over. He jerked off while he played with my dick and came on me. I did not get hard--whirlwinds and confusion don't turn me on. He then hopped up and said that was he was finished and got in the shower.
I was kind of in shock or confused about what just happened so I just paid him before I could really process that I felt ripped off.
40mins later I got a text from his number asking if he had shown up, and saying that he was without a phone. Not sure if whatever that situation was, but I feel like I paid the price for it.

I had an outcall with him last week, and can also attest to the above - he is wonderful! So friendly, so sweet, and so SEXY! Absolutely recommend!

Just saw him myself. I’d agree with the above that the massage itself was a solid B+, but he is far sexier in person than pics to me, very friendly and easy to setup a session with. I’d say the sensual elements were incorporated well, and enjoyed myself overall.
If he was a little cheaper I’d repeat but for basically the same price I have another masseur who excels in actual massage techniques and other elements. Still though, he was very friendly and his Spanish accent was very, very hot.
The only real negative was his room was a little chilly and I never really warmed up.

Saw him a few weeks ago in Brooklyn and really enjoyed my experience. A bit cold, professional at first but warmed up during the actual massage with some light conversation. Good, deep pressure and a few stretching techniques. YMMV in terms of the extras, but I did have a smile on my face. The smile was actually provided at the start of the session, which he said after was to allow your body to truly relax, so we could focus on the actual massage. Interesting approach, and I didn’t hate it!  I would recommend and would go to again. 

I really like Eugene! He used to be at NPMS. I got massages with him all the time. 
Like others said, strictly therapeutic, but the massage is great and he is very handsome (just my type) so bonus points for the eye candy!

Don't waste your time or money. I took one for the team and booked with David recently while he was in Raleigh. I booked 90 min and he tried to rush through to the HE about 30 min in. No table or technique. I was confused when he told me to turn over after just rubbing oil on my backside with barely any pressure. The only reason the session lasted the full 90 min was because he let me play with him (he certainly has a nice body), as I like to give rubs and return the favor if I'm into the masseur. I didn't leave happy. He doesn't speak a lick of English and had to use Google translator to communicate with me. Eastern European, can't say what area exactly. I broke my rule of booking only with masseurs with extensive reviews by booking with this guy, never again. Steer clear, he certainly isn't an LMT as his handle indicates.
 
 

I had a very similar experience. I tried to reschedule after HE canceled for some emergency. When I reached back out, he said something like “well now you want an appointment, I thought you lost interest”.  He had canceled on me!  
Anyway, maybe these guys get a lot of annoying messages, but a way to avoid so many inquires and messages that lead to nothing: Publish your rates. This should not be a guessing game! And tell us where you are located because that can make all the difference in whether I wish or have time to come see you. 
Provide customers with basic information in your ad and get fewer pointless inquiries. It’s a win-win for everyone and it’s basic common sense.
What am I missing that makes this more complicated than necessary?

Pleased to report that I’ve taken (another) one for the team. 
Hired RMass Irongrip a few weeks ago for a 60 min massage at $250. Profile pics accurately matched the person that appeared at the door, all lean, muscled, smooth, and cut. His handsome face is perforated by unexpectedly kind eyes. Apparently he’s an Irish-Italian mix, which explains the fair skin and the dark hair. Solid B-grade massage -- with MT and with HE but lacking sensual elements -- despite no official massage training. 
Provider identifies as heterosexual, expressing no noticeable dissonance between that identity and the RMass presence on the premise that the services offered are merely a method of making great money with less effort than required by his construction day-job.
If you gravitate towards red-neck looks, and/or to fellows recovering from residency on the wrong side of the tracks, Irongrip/Connor nicely fits the bill, outer-borough accent included. 
I can’t say with certainty if I would hire Irongrip again. I will say that Connor is one mouthwateringly HOT dude. And I might just relent. [end]
