I have 2-3 providers at any one time. I prefer local ones who have good availability. I try to keep it simple:
I look for providers who act professionally. This means they're honest, generally on time (and letting me know if they can't be), and are able to satisfy one or more of my physical needs without adding an emotional component. I am likewise honest and punctual for them. We have a honest but respectful mutual understanding that this is a regular business relationship, and treat it as such. I don't tip very often, but they can expect extra monetary gifts at the holidays. Likewise, providers usually have a plan to "retire" after a few years, and I make sure I respect both their current work and future plans. I treat such providers as "guests" when they visit, granting them a lot of social prerogatives when we're together. I act like a good host, and they don't abuse the status (not all escorts are that scrupulous). I make sure to see a regular, at the very least, once every 2 months.
I'm afraid many escorts are very unprofessional, especially younger ones, and demonstrate entitlement, rudeness, and carelessness. When a regular has done this to me, I've dropped them on the spot.

So you want to pay somebody 600/wk (maybe more w tip) for 2 hrs of their time???
That alone increases your odds. But if it’s meant to be, there will have to be chemistry. Start at the beginning. Hire a single session with one who ticks the boxes. Be on time and be yourself.

You can easily find a lot of "regular" providers through rentmen. The thing is, there's absolutely no guarantee that any one person will be in the business for a specific length of time. We also have no idea as to what your type is, what physical or personality attributes you're looking for, or the amount of time you're looking to spend regularly with that person.
Your best bet will be to do some research on rentmen and then ask about specific guys you're interested in here, or reach out to them to schedule a session. From there you can always ask them if they'd be open to scheduled sessions.

    Hello,
I could use a provider’s help.  I’m looking to find a regular provider and don’t want to search for a new person each week.  Providers seem to move around a lot! Could you please provide your input on how to find you?
Also, please tell me about tipping.  If I’m paying $300 an hour, and I usually go 2, is a tip expected on top of the $600?  Should I discuss this with each new provider or ?  Thank you for your help!

There is no choosing sexuality; it simply is. For me, my choice was to accept that I am sexually interested only in men. I did not sit myself down and wonder: "Hmm.. What can I do to make my life that much more difficult and to feel ostracized?"
The very idea that sexuality is a choice is a step backwards that led to the gay reprogramming camps and religious groups who used to believe they could  pray the gay away. The DSM long-ago stopped classifying homosexuality as a mental disorder. Sexuality is biological, a genetic quirk.

It seems to me that you have answered a different question to the one you posed in the title. You made is quite clear earlier in your post that you were bisexual, full stop, end of story. It seemed you were saying that your bisexual orientation was 'assigned'.
The 'lifestyle' you have chosen is a separate thing, and a choice you are free to make but that is different to claiming that one has chosen their sexual orientation. But as you made clear, you chose that lifestyle, and it is not the same as the innate orientation you had said that you have.

    Nope.
