Hello, I could use a provider’s help. I’m looking to find a regular provider and don’t want to search for a new person each week. Providers seem to move around a lot! Could you please provide your input on how to find you? Also, please tell me about tipping. If I’m paying $300 an hour, and I usually go 2, is a tip expected on top of the $600? Should I discuss this with each new provider or ? Thank you for your help!
