From dates in a previous ad it seems he arrived in the States yesterday or today. I’m guessing he was on a flight to EWR.

I can confirm DWsoccer’s post regarding the pictures. Just days ago there were many pictures on that profile and they were all very hot. I’d bet they were fake and that the current lone pic is that of the actual escort.
