Good for you. I have exactly the same ‘problem’, an elder brother who is financially reckless. It intrigued me that when I was a teenager, my grandfather trusted my judgement and he detailed all our assets. He told me that I was to become the senior trustee on his death and he told me why my elder brother was being cut out. I’ve multiplied the assets considerably since then, and I always paid my brother his share. At times, I paid him more than his share. I was never thanked.
One time, my brother tried to deceive me. He cheated me out of my share when a family asset was sold - I let him get away with it but said “That’s all you’ll get from me. You’ve got more than you’re entitled to, so enjoy it”. And we haven’t spoken since that day 12 years ago.

Been there.  Done that.   They will NEVER change.  Worst of all, they will rationalize things so that it becomes YOUR fault.  They are entitled to their share of the estate, as was given them, but you are not obliged to give them any of your portion.   Let them do as they do.  

Any advice?  
I'm the executor/trustee of the last of the family money.  I'm bound and determined that I'm not going to dip into my money to continue to support my sibling once their portion of inheritance runs out.

I allowed some of their inheritance to pay off one of their multiple max'd credit card with the clear communication to use that and pay it off in full every month.  That hasn't happened.  Now I'm faced with a crossroads.  
I love them, but I can't break their self-destructive habits. Sadly, writing this. It's clear to me. No advice will work without my loved one tackling the root of their self destructive behaviors.  Food addiction, OCD - hoarding behaviors, low self-esteem, etc.  It's well past time for therapy.  
It's super sad, but with their health problems I fear all I'm doing is trying to stretch their remaining inheritance until they eat themselves into an early grave.

I was curious how gay conservatives were reacting to this statement so I looked through the gay conservatives sub on Reddit and the Instagram feeds of some gay conservative “influencers.” None had made any comment about this statement at least where I searched or even shared a news story about it. Funny that.

I eat whatever I am in the mood for, no matter the time of day.  Then again, I sleep for a few hours a couple of times a day and do not have anything near a regular schedule.  I often stay up all night & sleep during the day.  I had pot roast at 6 AM yesterday.

I think the use of the word tip is confusing the point for some people.  A tip is "to insure proper service."  If you would like to ensure or see "service" increase on a future visit then a tip would be a good indicator to the provider.  Did they squeeze you in or take you as a last minute request... a tip is appropriate.
If you don't think most providers keep a record or payment,, services rendered and gifted amount, I believe you would be wrong.  Now... does it need to be 20%... not necessarily, but a little cash is much more memorable than a verbal gratuity and a hug.  Yes. the provider is keeping much more of the fee for the service visit (so it is not like you are paying someone that is working on tipped hourly wages) but I think a base $15 to $20 tip is expected.
 

I tip generously at spas, but I won't tip a private masseur. I may round up for conveniece let's say from a 180 to 200, but not a tip when they are already charging more than a typical massage rate. I pay 120 for a 60 min massage to a masseur that comes to my place for a legitimate and excellent massage. For a mediocre massage with MT/HE, 200 should be sufficient. Most of the time these are rub and tugs guised as a massage from an untrained masseur. Now, If it goes into full escorting territory, then I go up accordingly.
