There can be all kinds of indexes, studies, charts, graphs, etc. but the real data is the day to day costs for the average American. I live in California and everything is going up.

    - Bridge tools

    - Express lane tolls

    - Pacific Gas and Electric rates

    - Gasoline (approaching record high levels again)

    - Water

    - Insurance

    - Groceries

    - Eating out - from burritos at the local taqueria to McDonalds to takeout pizza to coffee to soft serve ice.

Prices are out of control and companies are engaged in shrink-flation (charging the same price but decreasing the amount of product).  I now buy almost exclusively from Walmart and other discount retailers while I stock money away for retirement in a few years.

I'm not trying to be an almost, just a realist.

I agree cost are going up. Companies are just trying to get more like they always do.

  2. Visiting Punta Cana all next week.  Originally going for my other job but looking for clients.  What recommendations on Punta Cana: Gay bar, gay hotel, and men.  RentMasseur, RentMen, and Jock2Go, do not have many guys.

  3. Looking at ETFs to purchase today. Library provided free website: https://www.investor.gov/

    and

I am supposed to buy low then sell high.

VNQI is priced $41.56, when economy collapsed in 2020 it was $37.23, then was high at $60.52 (June 11, 2021).  Looks like obvious way to make $20.00 in 1.5-2 years.

BOTZ for artificial intelligence is $31.09 that is high compared to its peak $38.43.  Why increase? 1. AI all over twitter and in NPR conversations 2. I actually purchased something AI related with my own money.

I have a problem when a stock broker or anyone mentions an ETF, they want me to invest because my money goes in then ETF/ Stock/ Scam increases, and they take their money out.  Rarely will a stock broker mention a stock besides a company that will never go bankrupt, Microsoft, Amazon, or Google. Plus finance people uggh.  Any other recommendations for low ETFs that will go up?

  4. Had waxing done today.  Was lucking wax guy, Alex in Pasadena, trimmed balls and shaft before applying wax.  My dick and balls look great there are some spots but not many.  Sensation when dick and balls waxed did not hurt as much as lower back, chest, and happy trailer.  Trimmed hair decrease pain sensation on balls and shaft. There was no trimming done on chest or lower back making procedure more painful. Having long hairs pulled out had better results than the shorter trimmed hair waxed area. When I get stomach and ass waxed my muscles stand out better, I looked even more ripped. 8 pack abs become a 12 pack.

I love all kinds of men, hairy, lightly hairy, and waxed.

    Any good waxing stories?

  5. "Beautiful Things" by Hunter Biden.  Does not get good until Hunter's married life starts completely falling apart with Kathleen.  Even more exciting in chapter 5 when crack dealer, Bicycles/ Ria, moves into his DC apartment.

I am a very proud political independent.  In most books I love a good crack dealer, drama, and street excitement.

  6. If buying Toyota in Los Angeles go to Longo Toyota in El Monte.  I hate buying cars.  Different dealerships will keep track of you visiting different sites for the sam vehicle.  Last car Toyota Prius lasted 12 years until hit at intersection.

  7. Twink getting muscular may have happened but these guys also evolved in otter. LOL.  Geography might play a role in who bottoms or tops.  In Los Angeles/ Southern California almost all the guys no matter their physical stature are bottoms.  I enjoy both bottom and top positions.  When I go on dates in LA or out I am almost always a top because the other guy is insistent on bottom position.

  8. LA market has seen a price drop with new masseurs entering market.  There are also a lot of masseurs who take good pictures and think they have skills but cannot do anything.  Some guys in LA also live only in gay world even for all work avenues.  Having a larger economic perspective by applying for a job on LinkedIn would give many masseurs a realistic financial perspective.

  9. Apple and Microsoft create a product that customers pay for, office365, word, MacBook Pro, iPhone, X-Box, cloud computing, and more.  Facebook and Google do not make a physical product, revenue is based on selling data collected from users.  I cannot afford the apple glasses/ headset but would try the device.  How are apple glasses similar to iPhone?  when first introduced iPhone was competing with Blackberry, both devices solid. Overtime iPhone surpassed Blackberry and other smart phones.  Apple glasses might compete with a similar product from Facebook, SNAP, and Google, I do not purchase any of the three items.  Is Apple glasses model: overtake competition, enter small market, and finally grow from owning a market segment?
