My fitness routine is a beast! Calesthetics, pulllups, burpees, 6-10 mile run, and 30- 60 minutes weights. It’s like 2.5-3 hours. I also like to exercise and need the breaks when sitting down at desk job.

Layoffs with on air talent is very common across all tv. I do not even work in entertainment but realize sports anchors come and go. All the retired pro athletes who got fired can apply for another job like the rest of us.

Want to open a gay bath house in Lisbon?  hehehe.  Real estate in Lisbon is actually inexpensive in comparison to other European Cities.  Real estate always seems increase in prices so this could be wrong.  Loved Portugal

Seriously true!!  When Massuer has all professional photos they do not look like that in real life. Anyone could look sexy with correct light and camera angle. 

Was in Bali.  Apps were best choice. Even met a sexy guy on the boat to Gili Islands.  

Buying Viagra happened, was not cheep, and kinda an experience.  Went into pharmacy without a shirt then asked female pharmacist, "do you have Viagra," and she replied, "50 mg or 100 mg 200,000 IDR for prescription."  Pharmacist was in hijab and there were other Australian tourist in pharmacy, I am not the most gay man so it was a strange request.  Viagra works great. 

Check out Turkish bath. The guys probably will not be same as porn stars but they are still men!! Stay in cheep hotel works for me, I even share bathrooms and do not have issues

There are masseurs who use steroid and meth, it is usually obvious if you know what to look for. 1) their body is overly fat in areas where muscle could be located 2) cuts on their face 3) large bumps on body in strange places. Not all signs.

Massuer probably needs the money. When I massaged and was severely sick it got so bad I could not do anything. Doctor put me on antibiotics. Herpes lesions will spread infection. Herpes will not spread if no lesions. Most masseurs have herpes. 

I get credit cards, always pay off at end of the month. Airline travel cards, need to spend a certain amount of money in 3 months. Usually get a new airline credit card right before Halloween, then do typical holiday shopping, pay off at end of week, and get full reward points from the airline. I’m going to try KLM Air France card this season. 

Decent massage. Kinda what I expected on RM, beefy body, bulky guy, and looks like the cartoon. Massage skills were good when explained press harder. Would higher again if I need him. I like all different kinds of men including JB.

Amsterdam had plenty of gay masseurs and escorts but was only partially worth it. There were other things to do in Amsterdam like sights, museums, Zaandam, running trailers, and walking tours. Recommend Lonely Planet Book and self Walking tours!!! Guiding self ensures not ending up with annoying or ugly guide. I also like Roy cycle in De Pijp, it was gay and fun. All the gay masseurs m, strippers, and more, were same thing as home in LA.
