Some people there, especially children, wanted to give me things so they could touch me. I found it weird - I'd obviously never make it as a successful provider!

That has not been my experience. As someone who has hired more professional masseurs than non-professional, I have experienced most of these problems with both. My stock response to a provider's chatter about popular TV, bars, RESTAURANTS, etc is to quietly and meekly express that I can't afford those things. It usually ends most chatter 👍. I think a significant factor in Call Me By Your Name is the issue of "first" love for the boy. It's often said that your first love is the strongest, the most perfect, the one you never forget, etc. In some respects, I think it holds very true. Possibly even more so when you have an "alternate" sexuality, and you stumble into am epiphany that someone like you is attracted to you. There isn't, based upon the LAW. However, I think it's very important to note that criminal prosecution/persecution takes a law and a District Attorney willing to act or ignore. Without Romeo and Juliet laws in place, even to this day in many jurisdictions, it's amazing how a D.A.'s attitude and public outcry brings about prosecution of some sexual relationships of minors and not others. Frequently older boys having sex with younger girls is pursued criminally. Yet, when we reverse their ages, it's all just fine. I don't find it hard to imagine that in MANY PLACES even a 17 year old having sex with his 16 year boyfriend would be prosecuted.

1) If a provider is currently advertising in a specific location, I thinks it's okay to inquire about scheduling a time for that location. 2) I'm pretty flexible about confirmations. So I simply ask new providers if they want me to confirm again 2 days before, the day of, an hour before, etc.? 3) If I have seen the provider before, and I recall his confirmation preferences, I will state my plan to "confirm again the day before," or whatever his prior preference was, at the end of setting up the appointment.

I think lazy or ignorant are on the list as well. I have talked to many guys who really don't understand the difference between negative, PrEP, PEP, and TasP. They consider them pretty much "all the same," and as long as they check, or write, one of them, it's "good enough."

AND it should tell you WHY it's used. It's a liquid in place of water or oil that evaporates away quickly, OR it adds trace flavors, OR both. If the only point is to deglaze a pan or any "evaporate away" application, I grab the same bottle of vodka I keep in the freezer for pastry.

It's neither invasive nor inherently crass to ask about price discrepancies. Any business, and especially any business thst doesn't have listed rates in black and white, should be prepared to and able to explain price discrepancies.

I have hired a few that I thought were "perfect for me." They weren't. I would certainly hire another who comes along and I think is "perfect for me. " However, I think "shattering" the delusion of the guys I thought were perfect allowed me to appreciate and enjoy my experiences other providers more.

Paying a deposit through a 3rd party (i.e. the website), what a helter-skelter concept! 1) Can you imagine the logistics of refunds??? And for the sake of brevity, let's just stick to a few NON SUBJECTIVES : He didn't show 'til 7:07/I was there at 7:05. He was 6'1"/I am 6'2". Who do you believe, and what if reality is 7:06 and 6'1.5"? 2) If providers think this is a good idea, my thought is, careful what you wish for! There's a reason you can pretty much return anything at any time to Costco, and Ebay has reputation for siding with buyers. Both have recognized that keeping a favorable reputation with shoppers is a much larger business advantage than keeping their sellers happy.
