I usually ask them what I should call them unless they have a name on their RM profile. A couple have told me their real names after I've hired them a few times. Doesn't matter to me if it's their real name as I understand why they would keep it private.

Both individually and in the joint ad they list PNP under Into. I've got two stop letting the little head make the hiring decisions.

I always make the first contact through RM. For a few providers that is the only way I have ever contacted them. I don't find that communication method any different to text.

I've been a monthly donor to Covenant house for over 30 years. Anybody being homeless is a tragedy. It just seems worse for youth as many were thrown away by their families. Maybe hire one less a year and donate to a food bank or a charity like Covenant House.
