I’m sorry that happened to you. Your tone was polite throughout and you didn’t insist on or require a time change — you merely offered it as a possibility. The provider could have easily said “let’s stick with 5 so I have a chance to eat beforehand”; in fact, I’ve had that exact convo with a provider before, and it didn’t lead to any awkwardness whatsoever. Whatever his typical reviews are like, I’m with Reisr30 on this one: consider this a dodged bullet on a bad day.

I find the more the time changes, especially to an earlier appt, the more complicated things become. I usually schedule my appointments for weekends, as i don‘t have to rush home from work or worry about scarfing down food before an escort comes over.
