I agree 100%. I too have a review in queue for posting. Just outstanding in every way. Have not hired in a long time and glad I had a chance to meet him. His pics are 100% accurate. He is also incredibly nice and charming. If you don't like the price he quotes you, nothing stops you from countering. The worst that happens is that he rejects your counter.
