  1. I hired an escort when I was visiting Philadelphia about 10 years ago. Since then, I get a the same recorded phone message every time the escort is in Philadelphia just letting me know he will be in Philly and leaving his phone number. I have never called him, but I have not eliminated calling him if things should work out and that we are in the city at the same time. Some clients may consider this intrusive, but I enjoy the message as the escort has a deep bass voice and the seductive manner of the call is quite sexy.
  2. Perhaps you could have used "When you're a Jet you're a Jet all the way, from your first cigarette til your last dying day" and just stop it there. If she had to have music, at least it would have emphasized the foolishness of the vow to be a Jet.
  3. Did you try: I really feel more comfortable speaking with someone when they are not on their phone. If this is a bad time or an urgent issue has arisen, , then let me know and we can for from there. . In our interactions, I will expect that your phone will be off, so if that is a deal breaker, it is best we have it settled now. Friendly, straight forward and to the point. Clear communication so there is no confusion.
  4. I agree with you that a rather conservative approach to prescribing practices is warranted. I would suggest that nycman be more concerned about the dramatic increase in pharmaceutical advertisements on TV which are direct to patient are a much greater concern than ;doctor meals. I have attended pharmaceutical dinners, but not for many years. Some were informative but most had little impact on my prescribing practices. In addition, nowadays, regulations limit expenditures on meals from Pharmaceutical companies, making dinners at places such as Ruth's Chris very much less common than they were in the past. In addition non medical professional spouse representation at such dinners has been eliminated, which has also cut down on the desirability of the dinners that do occur. As a result, advertising has shifted to TV. Watch a daytime soap opera and you will see dozens of drug company ads in each show.
  5. Have you considered opting to spend time in new markets. There must be places to which you travel rarely or not at all. Even mature men are new men when they show up in cities to which they rarely travel. In your case, some of us guys in the northeast would love to have some southern charm heading up here.
  6. I have had one escort who has stayed at my home for several days at a time. We have sessions during that time but they are not overnights and he leaves to go see other clients as his business needs require. He has a separate bath so he is free to come and go as he pleases. One problem with this situation is that he is very attractive and if he does not have another appointment, he will walk around naked from the shower, come to my home office and stand there with little or nothing on and generally strut and show off. Invariably, my resolves weakens and we are off for another session. paid for by the hour.
  7. Perhaps they could institute his hot new gay muscle boy grandson Ripple Whipple who talks about getting those asses finger licking clean. You can squeeze the Charmin and then squeeze into the grandson.
  8. MDVIP has been around for a bit. I discussed joining them in 2008. They have very strict criteria for the practices that they will allow to join so as to prevent doctors from leaving. They had an amazing retention rate back when I spoke with them.
  9. Does that translate to 3/4 year or 274 days, or 6576 hours. Then again, who is counting.
  10. I have gone to various medical conferences where the advertisers included massage chair venders. I sampled many and I am sorry that I did not purchase one. There were many nice models in the range of 2500 to 3000 dollars
  11. If you read about Neil Sedaka, he was friends with Greenfield from the time Sedaka was 13 and Greenfield was 16. Greenfield was definitely gay. Sedaka and Greenfield were writing partners for about 25 years.
  12. Neil Sedaka has a distinctly feminine aura. He was known to have a crush on Carol King and wrote a song I believe it was Hey Carol and then a reply song was written that was something like Hey Neil. Never heard any rumors about Bobby Vee but a brief search states that he was married for 50 years and that Bob Dylan, at the beginning of his career, played in the band with Bobby Vee. His biggest hit was written by Carol King, so that brings us back to Sedaka I found this little quote, which suggested that Sedaka might have been "a gay". Greenfield, Sedaka’s late partner, was openly gay and people started to suspect that Neil Sedaka was a gay also, although he did not confess to it. People believed that Greenfield may not have been the only gay in the Brill Building, but that he was the most famous one. People who suspect Neil Sedaka is gay claim that his behaviors were suspicious and also was rumored to have a secret Russian boyfriend. Those who believe Neil Sedaka is straight point to the fact that he’s married and has kids. Sedaka however did not comment on the speculation to the question is Neil Sedaka gay?
  13. As with almost everything else, supply and demand will fix the price. I have residents leaving NJ to go to NM or Wy to start a practice with the town guaranteeing a 350,000 a year salary with a signing bonus and other perquisites. In NJ, primary care doctors get a lot less, usually about 1/2 that.
  14. Not everyone has an extra $150 dollars a month per person in the family. At times we need to be reminded of that, especially on this forum where most spend $250 or more regularly for an hour's worth of fun.
  15. So you do not see it as high end means to healthcare but a tax, which by definition it is not as you are obtaining a service for your money, so it is a purchase. I am not against it. I considered doing it myself. Ultimately, I continued to see all comers. By the way, not all doctors take the ACA insurance, so I am sure you could have found one who did not and thus not be caught up in the "flood" of all THOSE people who previously could not afford health care. Glad you were not drowned in the flood. No sure why you are not willing to admit you are on the luxury liner while others are out with leaky life preservers.
  16. 600 x 1800 is 1.8 million dollars a year. The concierge company usually takes a hefty percentage but it still a lucrative situation for a primary care doctor who has enough patients and rich enough patients to afford that kind of care. For those patients, this is a high end exclusive means to obtain health care. There are not enough primary care doctors to provide this service for everyone and since most primary care doctors usually have a panel of 2000 to 4000 patients, there is actually a decrease in the physician hours to see patients who do not have this care. This kind of practice is great for the patient's who can afford it and a burden on the system otherwise.
  17. The gay storyline is definitely a minor consideration but there have been a few hot scenes.
  18. Finished day 6 and I am starting to get a bit more endurance though I have a long long long long way to go. First steps are very hard but persistence is the key. Thanks to sam for undertaking this project with me. Someone with whom to share the pain.
  19. Take it from me, you do not want to hike with Azdr. Stroll to dinner, walk around the pool and ogle the goods, amble aimlessly around a male go go bar, sashay along the gay streets of Palm Springs. These are all reasonable ideas. Hiking in the sun in the moutains outside Palm Spring, well that is a no from me but send me a post card
  20. I always liked the rear end on the Gremlin. That is something you and the Gremlin have in common.
  21. I had a 1973 Barracuda Dark Blue Dark interior Had it a week and rolled it down an embankment. Have the scar but not the car.
  22. I have three dogs and the first day I took two along and they were really not a help. They ran in different directions and were a general nuisance. I have always had multiple dogs and I have just let them in the backyard, so they are not used to be walked on a leash. Once I am walking a bit more securely with a bit of pace, I will start taking one with me. Day 4 has gone well.
  23. Wouldnt it be easier and cheaper to lay in salt licks in the non hiking areas?
  24. Well made it to day 3. Walked a little further, a little faster. Did get a bit of a muscle cramp but I was able to walk through it. And so it goes. I am feelinga bit friskier too. I had a young handsome door to door salesman trying to sell exterminator plans come to my door today. I flirted with him a bit and he flirted back. I am under no illusions, he flirted back to try and make a sale, but hey, I wanted to flirt with him which is a bit better than I have been doing. Turns out he was a virgin Mormon for BYU, 19 and he gave me a lesson on his hover board which he was using to speed up his movement from sales call to sales call.
  25. Yes that is all comers including those with severe heart disease and other risks for morbidity. I had none of those. Still, it did indeed happen, so there you go.
