To answer your questions, the cath was done after I had a respiratory infection of significant severity which left me with significant bronchospasm. I had an episode in the middle of the night and went to the ER to get an albuterol treatment. When I arrived there, they did routine blood, which at this ER included a troponin if you had chest pain or shortness of breath. Troponin came back at .18 and several follow ups were in the same range. Cath was recommended and I refused. I continued to be ill with the bronchospasm for weeks and started having chest pain. Nuclear stress test was done not definitively negative. Cath was recommended. I again refused. Two more weeks went by and I was still having intermittent chest pain even after the bronchospasm ended. Again, by a different *(third one) cardiologist a cath was recommended and I relented. The cath showed no coronary artery disease except for the dissection, Just to be clear, after the cath, and the ST elevation which was transient, echo showed an ejection fraction of 65% and the troponins after the cath were negative. So yes there was ischemia but not infarction and ventricular function was preserved. So that is the story. Cardiac output is still around 60. I had always argued with the ER docs about troponins on my patients with a weak or no story for CAD, always without success. I do not know the ins and outs of the finances but I know the ER and the ER docs made out better if the tests were done. I do blame that test for knocking down the first domino. In retrospect, I should have refused again, but at that point, I opted to get it done and over. It was a low risk procedure, but not a no risk procedure and as the superstitions go, bad things happen to doctors and their families. I do not believe it is generally true but it was true in my case.

Season three was release recently. I enjoyed it. Sexy Billy has a much bigger part this year which is good for those who enjoy seeing former Power Ranger (red) actors in bathing suits. Unfortunately, they gave him a mullet which takes away from his handsome face. The show itself is a guilty pleasure. Lots of obvious discontinuities but all in all, fun.

Enjoyed the first season. -
At the Nude Party a Cola is $5 so probably $15 for alcohol at the regular go go . If I am approached and do not want to be talked up, I tell them I am an Uber driver waiting for my client to finish his dance. Never fails to get them on their way. No one has ever asked me to buy them a drink though they are not always accurate on their dance counts, so there is reason to pay attention there.

Well Day 2 was better than Day 1 A little further and a little faster with less fatigue and shortness of breath.

Let us not forget that bodies can be very easily identified in some cases. A tattoo, scar or some other marking may make identifying the person possible and that may be an issue for the poster. However, the OP asked what he should do not what the advertiser should do. -
But reflective of his essence is it not?

You got a deal. :I will PM you tomorrow after my walk. You do the same. Virtual work out partners, a new app will soon be in the offing.

I am starting slow and from home. I have had good success with using a trainer in the past but at the level I am at now, I think I can work up to getting in good enough condition to be able to utilize a trainer.

Negative much to the surprise of everyone. Yeah they wanted to rush me off to another hospital by ambulance for emergency CABG. Woke me up to tell me that. Needless to say I was not pleased when they told me what was happening. I asked them if they could fix it at the hospital I was at. They said only if I was having chest pain. I said "well I guess I am having chest pain" I was not. took two stents to control it as it continued to dissect distally after the first one. No chest pain then nor since.

As some of you know, about 3.5 years ago, I had an elective cardiac catheterization. Good news is they found no significant heart disease. Bad news, is they dissected the prominal left anterior descending artery and nearly killed me, While I was told that the stents to repair this were fine and I did not have a heart attack, I still have a stents in place. For those of the medical persuasion I had 5 to 7 mm ST elevation across the precordium which translated to non permanent injury to the left venticle. So, after a few days in the hospital, I went to cardiac rehab and did fine, I was able to easily complete the 6 minute walk and was started on a regimen to increase my cardiac fitness, I started slow and progressed well until 6 months later, I returned to full time work. Making a major error, I went back to work and stopped the exercise, Soon after, I was let go from that job in a downsizing and 6 months later I started another job. All that time and I did not much but mope around the house. The medications which were started just slowed me to a crawl and I had no energy for anything, Over the last six months my level of fitness has dropped to an all time low for me. So, today I started to exercise again. My level of fitness is an abomination. I was able to walk about 1/2 mile on flat ground while getting winded and with leg pain. One of the meds I am taking has been causing me to be short of breath since I started it and the cardiologist suggested I "just deal with it" Anyway, 1/2 mile, winded and cramps in the legs. For those suggesting medical testing, been there, done that, bought the tee shirt. Started dieting again a week ago and doing well with that so far. I was wondering if there are any others out there who have been in the worst shape of their life and managed to get back to some level of fitness. I am certainly not giving up after one day. I have made a plan for daily walks starting at the 1/2 mild mark to be expanded once I can complete it without the shortness of breath and the leg pain.

Just tp be clear, what you think is true and what is a fact are two different things. It may be your preference, but preferences change. Marilyn Monroe was a size 12. In the fifties she was the definition of sexy, today, a size twelve woman is considered large. IF it can change, it is an opinion or a preference. Your statement that it is a fact is the issue, not your preference. It is my opinion that people who categorically think people who are fat and hairy are ugly are body shaming assholes. IT is a fact that I think it, it is an opinion that they are assholes.

Well possibly he was taking sex for pay, but the expression "I am here for all your needs" or some such similar phrasing is common among bellmen. Consider, if it had been a bellwoman and she said the same exact phrase the same exact way, would you have considered it a come on. If the answer is no, then it probably was just service as usual and wishful thinking. If the answer is yes, then, you blew it and he didn't.

Netflix Tales Of The City Series...

They have six episodes and while I remembers most of the major plot points, having seen the most recent incarnation recently, I was able to piece in some details that had faded. For example, I did not realize that Norman the detective was working for Mona's mom and Mrs. Madrigal's ex. -
For the readers of Daddy's reviews, there is a posted default suggesting that Daddy is likely in the hospital. I do not have a way of personally contacting Daddy, but I do wish him well IF he is indeed in the hospital. If there are those with means of contacting Daddy personally, please let us know if there is anything we can do to help IF he is indeed ill.

If I were to have had this experience, I would say exactly what you said here. Something like: I had a great time with him. He was easy to contact and making arrangements was quite easy. When I got to his place and he opened the door, I was surprised to see someone much more handsome than the pictures he had sent. In fact, the pictures were not his but as he explained they are representative of him without revealing his true identity. If this decpetion bothers you, you should probably skip him, but if you go in knowing this and giive him a chance, you will have a great experience and will easily overlook the photo switch, as I have. Thereby giving a great review and a warning at the same time. If I saw this review, I would still hire him if I was attracted to the photos even knowing that the person I am going to see is not that person.. Others might not but they may lose out on a great experience otherwise. -
When I opened a walk in medical facilty 25 years ago, my sister and my niece told me that they went to their local walk in due to the handsome doctor there. After that, I always tried to hire handsome men, who were congenial and of course qualified. Though the years I was successful in hiring several and I was geneerous in my payments so as to keep them in the fold. The ancillary staff would frequently comment on the stable of regulars certain of the doctors were attracting.

I was just flipping through and saw that a new version of Big Brother is on the air. I guess it is three or four episodes in already. I took the time to check out the stud and shirtless factors. Seems there are quite a few well built young men who have no difficulty strutting the stuff shirtless. I did not stay around long enoug to put the names to memory, but it does seem it is worth a brief perusal for those of us who like nicely put together twenty somethings.

If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a sexy realtor your vice; so my personal point of view, get an ugly realtor to look for you.

You know Ralph and Ed decide that perhaps they need to expand their sexual horizons as Trixie and Alice do not even want to sleep in the same bed with their husbands. They start to put together a Grindr profile for the both of them. Hilarity ensues.

Just a coincidence, for medical school graduation show, we did a version of the Honeymooners as well. Perhaps we can do a version in Palm Springs. I did have the lead and even did a song. It went over extremely well as did many of the other skits.

How thin is your skin that you a wounded by Loser. I would think that would be on the lower end of that scale of insults that have been thrown in your direction. Anyone's direction. Toxic bullies however, rolls off your keyboard. Interesting dichotomy.

I think in a way this site is a lot less contentious but as a result, a bit less entertaining than it used to be. I still enjoy coming to the site daily, but apart from the political section, it is more an old man's pastime than an active sport. Sure courteousness and politeness are appreciated, but every now and again a claw bearing cat fight can be entertaining. While I am sure that there are those who enjoy the large number of photos posted, I have mentioned in the past that for me, it is too much of a good thing. I think many come, look at the photos and go. It seems the new postings are generally posted by the same few people and the diversity of responders is less. These seem to be major changes. Still, I do enjoy my daily visit. Sometimes several visits in a day, if a particular thread is getting a influx of thoughtful posts, rather than the +1 or me too that sometimes dominate. As to posters who have left the scene, I miss Rick Munroe's dry humor.
