Joshua is coming to SoCal and I was initially interested, but the way he 'smirks' his mouth in almost all his pics is kind of an off-putting affectation.

I saw Mike several years ago, and I concur with @LA90046that the guy is really f—ing good-looking.  IMHO, he’s got those archetypical northern/western European features (i.e., fairer skin, light-colored hair and eyes), taller than average, with a solid frame, wide shoulders, and good bone structure.  Just a very classically handsome white man, if that’s what you’re into.  I think I’m due for a repeat!

My gut says the RM profile is just there to drive traffic to his IG and OF.

A couple have blocked me just for looking at their profiles more than once,  not even their locked pics. I generally consider it a favor because they told me all I need to know that I don't want to book them.

I will never be able to wrap my head around these bodybuilders who put in all the effort to create a hyper-masculine physique and then go and get their eyebrows "done" to resemble a drag queen's.

...and I was not disappointed. 
It sounds like someone at RM is going for a cash grab at the expense of both providers and clients.
Calls to mind when OF decided to ban “sexually explicit” content -- and reversed course within days.
I cannot imagine these changes will stick without a mass exodus of both providers and clients.

You were correct about "SexyEthan" [sic] though -- he is much older than the stated "37" and he's been using those same pics for at least six years (and they were already not current then).

Five times over the past week I have received messages on Scruff from blank profiles who introduce themselves as "Fazza" or "Handan" from Dubai and send a pic of the (very handsome) Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed AlMaktoun, the Crown Prince of Dubai.  This "Fazza scam" has been going on for years targeting straight women but now the scammers seem to be targeting the gays now as well.  A couple of links about it below as well one of the pics of the Crown Prince for reference.
Similarly I have had three slim profiles, typically with only one or two profiles pics of handsome, muscular men message me "hi," and then after I respond they have all replied -- verbatim -- "I don't check here often. You can give me your number and I will write to you" so scammer bots.
Getting similar scammers on Grindr.
