I have however picked up and dropped off providers on multiple occasions. 

Jeez! I've been reaching out to everyone who lists travel to the area,  and some who don't but are nearby for 2 weeks,  and the results have been dismal. 
I've had 2 responses:
Jakefromstatefarm whom has been strongly discouraged in reviews on here
and
SkinnyHot who quoted at 500 for 90 minutes. Lol
I'm beginning to think either I've been blacklisted or this town is a dry socket.

Maybe but it’s the business he’s in. Of course the OP has the right to decline and the “masseur” has the right to not send photos (especially with the amount of time wasters he has to deal with), but it is interesting that he won’t send that stuff after having explicit conversations with the OP about services. 
 
I’ve not encountered this situation before personally. I may just cut my losses and move on to a different provider.

You're not being unreasonable Smyth your request,  but if that's something he's refusing or is uncomfortable with, just let him know it's a deal breaker and move on. 
He certainly shouldn't be offended by the question, and you certainly shouldn't feel bad for asking or refusing to hire him as a result. 
Plenty of fish in the sea. Someone who's willing to meet your criteria is just a few clicks away.

Nope, certainly can't blame him,  but i would also suggest another source of income too.

He has every right to withhold the photos and you have every right to not hire him for doing so. Neither position is unreasonable.  

Personally,  I don't try to haggle. If I ask for a rate, and it's more than I'm willing to pay,  I just say so and move on.  I very rarely reconsider when the rate lowers as a counter offer and for the most part have regretted it when I do. Plenty of fish in the sea.

This Uber business is tricky.  First, when I commute to work. my boss does not pay me.  The expectation of getting there and getting back should fall to escort or should be discussed early on so as to make clear what the actual cost of the interaction will be.  Since I am now living in a small city, when asked to pay for an Uber, I tell the escort I will pick him up and drop him off.  It gives me some time to speak with him and get to know him a bit and it saves me the cash.  In addition, the risk of a no show drops.  This has worked out well.  This may not be a practical solution for most people as the ability to g4et there and back may be onerous for some.  However, any last minute surprises about price and policy puts a pall over the meeting and unless Paul is really hot, it may be enough for me to say No to paying for the ride.  To be fair, no one has ever cancelled because I did not supply an Uber and the number of times I have said No is small. 

I met him today (December 2025). I had read other threads about him, so I was a bit nervous. But he was close by and decided to risk it.

I contacted him about a massage. Told him what I wanted and he delivered  
I’ve hired a lot of guys. Rarely do they impress. Was it the best massage? No. If you want a technical massage hire someone else. If you want a really good sensual massage he’s perfect. He is very sexy and well-endowed in the front and the back. He was nice to talk to, made me feel comfortable, wasn’t a scammer or a drug addict. Just a normal, well-hung, sexy guy. To be honest, one of the better providers I’ve met.
