There's a world of difference between discretion and deception. I would rather see "representative" pictures that accurately reflect the reality than "real" pictures that destroy a man's reputation.

I have had guys show up who are not the guy pictured....50% of the time I send them on their way. 50% of the time they are close enough. They are the ones taking the risk of making a trip for nothing. But I don't like the lying.

 

The problem really is that if they have shirtless or even nude pics - showing up fully clothed as someone else entirely means you have to let them in and see them undressed before deciding. There are levels of deception, one must decide for oneself at what point on the spectrum they draw the line.
