The only big barriers I can think of are all the little idiosyncrasies that can come up in English, e.g. "I don't like to kiss, "I only top," etc. I have one global guy on a dating site who keeps contacting me even though I thought we had established we we both total tops. This kind of stuff can be as frustrating in sign language as in English lol.

A less-than-quality experience has always been when a companion does not moan or groan when he is not enjoying the experience.
