There's a pattern of new guys popping up for a few weeks then disappearing; I'm not sure what's going on with them but hypothesize that they start escorting and decide it's not their thing. I'm hesitant to hire someone until they have some time under their belt and, preferably, word of client experience. I always assumed you would get the same list either way, but my friend showed me the difference.
