Either it's a bodybuilder maximum protein thing or he's taking the piss (as we would say). The latter is the sort of thing I'm guessing he would do.

Yes, it's me. My boyfriend got a bee in his bonnet about making a silly cooking show, and after he up and bought a bunch of lighting and equipment I didn't have the heart to say no, but only under the condition that he not show anyone or promote it. The next day he sweetly surprised me by doing the exact opposite of what I asked him to do, without my knowledge or consent! He's such a card. Anyway, after having blended and drunk his remains, I decided in my infinite generosity that since the video was already up, I'd allow it to stay up. He may yet convince me to do more. He has his ways.

I know Russ follows a very strict diet but when he told me about how stringent it was, I was surprised. As a result, no surprised by this posting and he is looking very very good. Guess he did not quite get all the air out.

Russ also has quite the way with words so while he may be mincing in the kitchen, he does not mince his words otherwise.

I don't get how Queerty found that video though? There's no detailed descriptions or anything that would make it find-able. I guess they find the majority of their stories by typing "mincing faggot" into Google, and seeing what happens.

It is indeed a bodybuilding thing. There is no way I'd be able to eat as much as I have to without resorting to drinking some of it. I don't know if it's unappealing to show you how your escort gets made, but right now I'm getting leaner and losing weight on a diet of 4,750 calories a day. When I'm gaining mass I have to eat a few thousand calories more than that. That's several pounds of unseasoned boiled chicken breast every day. I couldn't do it without the help of my blender.

 

 

I've done this with sardines before. It tastes smokey :)

I'd be more inclined to eat/drink it hot with some ginger and coriander in it rather than cold the way your video shows, but I'm not trying to eat massive amounts of protein in a day. Is it unappealing to show how one's escort is made? Hell no, as long as he doesn't want me to eat the same things. Especially if it involved a sardine shake. I had wondered if your 'mincing faggot' moniker was an extension of your 'faggot for faggot' description of yourself.

I think the illicitly posted "private" video actually does a great

job of showing you Russ' personality and demeanor.

I always like videos that show me the whole "person"...not just

I met with Russ almost 2 years ago, on a business trip in NYC. A really memorable time with a guy who was equally sexy, playful, and genuine.

So does mean Whey Protein and other protein shacks are utter crap? I know most fitness supplements are, but if you're blending a chicken instead of a something vanilla or chocolate flavored, they must be crap.

I drink three whey shakes and one casein shake a day. That accounts for about 100 grams of protein. They're great for a quick delivery of nutrients, but they're only what their name implies: supplementary. I still need between 650 and 1,050 additional grams of protein daily depending on my current goals, and it's much healthier to get the rest from whole foods rather than processed powder. I drink 32 ounces of egg whites a day, which accounts for another 100 grams, and the remainder has to come from meat, poultry, and fish. I try to chew and swallow whatever I can normally, but white chicken meat is the leanest and most economical option. And it's simply easier to chug four to six pounds of unseasoned boiled chicken breast in liquid form every day than to try to forcefeed myself till my jaw gives out and my taste buds revolt.

Russ, you might want to get some serious nutritionist advice about how much protein your body can actually use. If you're taking in up to 1kg of protein [or mainly protein foods] can your body use is to build muscle or does you body simply treat most of it as calories? I agree that real food is better than processed powders, but you also need fibre, so foods that have both protein and fibre (like beans and other pulses) might be good to investigate. If for nothing else they are important for gut health and that affects your overall health (for example better insulin responses to carbs, reducing pre-diabetic tendencies).

Non-animal protein sources do not have complete proteins. I eat plenty of grains and fibrous vegetables as well, but for their carbohydrate content. I was only giving a survey of the protein component of my diet. The blood tests I've had done suggest that the bulk of the protein I consume is in fact being used to build and/or maintain my muscles. It can't be getting stored as excess fat, because I've lost 18 lbs in the past five weeks on a diet of 4,750 calories a day. (If anything, I should probably be eating more.)

Do you buy organic chicken? That can get very costly, in the quantities that you are devouring it .... Where do you get your chicks? LOL

What temperature do you broil your chicken? Do you ever do it with turkey instead of chicken just to spice things up a bit? And if so, do you get sleepy afterwards?

 

(No I'm not seriously asking in case you're wondering )
