You deserve a break today. (Oops. Wrong chain.)

Double check with your Dr. -- the rule during many treatments is "there's no such thing as an empty calorie".

I've had deep fried Mac & Cheese and it was decadent. I admit I will probably give this a try.

Yummy! Everything in moderation! Give 'em a try

I think one of my arteries clogged just looking at the picture.

When I was served a deep fried mac & cheese wedge (as a side to the shrimp Po' Boy) at a local joint in Ohio I joked that with every bite I could hear my arteries hardening. Then I went in for more. :D

Not something I'd want every day, but that crunchy outside and soft, gooey inside.... wow.

Im trying to keep the good calories on and keep the bad ones away. I do indulge in the ice cream though.

I find having some DARK chocolate each day helps my indulgence craving (and its actually good for you too) . Of course a DARK chocolate male would be preferred, but I just cant seem to find one EVERY day... :p

Ok, here are the key points and let's make America great again!

Mac ’n Cheetos will be sold for about eight weeks or until supplies run out, said Burger King, which is part of Restaurant Brands International Inc. The $2.49 five-pack of portable macaroni-and-cheese bites are similar to mozzarella sticks. The item, which has 310 calories, has already appeared at some Burger King restaurants in a trial phase.

I'm not that fond of cheese-except on pizza and cheese cake. I will take a little bit of grated Parmesan or Mozzarella on a salad or some spaghetti -and a very occasional slice of sharp cheese. But otherwise no. So this fried Mac 'n' Cheese holds no attraction for me. Yes, I know it's surprising that there is some junk food I'm not into. But even Homer nods as they say.

Amusing story-years ago after starting an entirely new program at work with four others-the old timers working there for years before us took us out to lunch after a successful 6 months. I was a bit behind on work, so I met them later at the Italian restaurant after they had already ordered but before the food came. I get there and start looking for a waiter to ask for a menu. My best buddy Frank said, "We ordered for you. You'll like it. You don't need a menu." That was a bit annoying especially as he wouldn't tell me what he had ordered for me. I persisted intermittently over the next 5 minutes telling Frank I wanted a menu and him telling me to relax I would like it. I finally said, "I don't like lasagna." The waiter came over right after that to deliver my iced tea. Frank then said, "Please bring us a menu for him. "

I like pasta and I like cheese, but I hate Mac & Cheese. And Cheetos are simply a gross non-food.

I have boat friends that won't allow Cheetos onboard, that nasty orange gets ground into nonskid decks when a Cheeto is stepped on. If it's a teak deck, worse!

Not for me. There's something disturbing about seeing mac and cheese coming out of mozzarella sticks.

I can picture it....:D
