Adult Film Actor’s Beloved Chihuahua Publicly Stabbed To Death By Jealous Boyfriend

“A fit of rage” is what’s being described as the state Jose Luis Rodriguez was in when he allegedly stabbed his boyfriend’s chihuahua to death in an Upper East Side Manhattan park over the weekend, though we have a hard time rationalizing the disturbing attack under any terms.

Randy Capehart, aka gay adult film actor Vin Nolan (above), was in Texas attending his grandmother’s funeral and left his dog, Buddy, in the care of Rodriguez.

Suspecting Nolan of cheating, Rodriguez flew off the handle and attacked buddy in John Jay Park, near East 78th Street and FDR Drive, as terrified onlookers, including children, watched.

A witness promptly dialed 9-1-1, and Rodriguez was arrested a block from the park, a police spokesman told Daily Mail Online.

He was found covered in the dog’s blood.

After his arrest, Rodriguez told police that he suspected his boyfriend of cheating.

“Apparently my former partner had a psychotic break,” Nolan told the Post.

That sucks. But millions of cows go through that much brutality regularly and people call it a hamburger.

And they fry him, neuter him!

+1

Are we behaving like white trash now?

I think we've always done that. Remember Ryan Idol and the toilet tank lid?

You know how it is... I'm sure Trump will say all Mexicans (or look alike) are dog killers now...

Many, many people ARE behaving like trash. I, however, am not.

Uh, I think gay pornstars (g4p, bi and gay ones) have always acted like white trash. Remember Ryan Rose beating the shit out of his boyfriend

http://thesword.com/bobby-hart-brutal-attack-photos-surface.html

Not too long ago, pornstar Tyce Jax beat the hell out of his boyfriend too, and even choked him to the point that he passed out.

http://str8upgayporn.com/big-dicked-gay-porn-star-tyce-jax-arrested-for-aggravated-assault-and-battery-on-boyfriend/

Let's also not forget the Jarics, Spencer Reed and Philip Aubrey, Steve Pena (Brent Everett's husband) and the 3rd wheel Jayson Smith that Steve invited to the marriage without Brent giving him a choice. They've all had their domestic disputes all out in the open.

Oh and let's not forget Brent Corrigan being trashy and money hungry that he faked his age just so he can start porn a year early. And then there's that whole director being murdered which he continues to deny any involvement.

Porn does not attract the most upstanding citizens of this country so it shouldn't be that surprising when stories like that come out, but that's not to say they're not devastating. I mean to take it out on a completely innocent life is just atrocious and unforgivable.

Also Vin Nolan hasn't done porn in years so that's just more of a regular LGBT community thing, not completely porn-related.

I have not heard of cows being knifed to death in public parks in front of children. Millions of animals are killed for food. Most are not companion animals. My question: By minimizing this horrendous offense are trying to bring attention to a related but yet totally different issue or just be oh so very glib?

Maybe you could paint that with a slightly less broad brush and say that some porn stars have acted like trash? There are a lot of guys who do porn and even if you could come up with 100 examples it would probably still be within a normal range of bad (trashy) behavior in young men.

Two of my favorite people in the world do porn and there is absolutely nothing trashy about either one of them. You may not agree with the choices they have made, but they are both sweet, honorable men who have chosen to live life on their own terms.

No I didn't mean to generalize that all pornstars, or even all gay guys act like white trash. It's making a point that this type of behavior has always existed in these communities long before this incident. The only reason we see more of it now is because we have social media that sees and hears everything, and eventually someone will find out about it! Imagine all the drama in the 90s, and even most of the 2000s that some gay pornstars got themselves into yet no one ever knew because there weren't gay porn blogs or social media sites like twitter for us to find out about such incidents.

Gotcha and agreed. You can't get away with much these days. Sometimes that is bad when it is some kind of trifling youthful misstep, but most of the time it's good that bad apples are found out.

No, cows aren't stabbed to death in public: they're shoved through a killing chute, single file, watching their peers killed before being shot repeatedly in the head—behind closed doors (and "terrorism" laws for those that try to expose these practices) so no one can see the "horrendous offense."

Well, not a horrendous offense, I suppose, because they're not companion animals. I apologize for minimizing the death of a dog by comparing it to the systematic death of cows.

My point was made mostly in wonder of the cognitive dissonance: why people would be so upset by this one particular killing, even calling to "fry" the perpetrator, when many of them pay other people to engage in similar violence (albeing behind closed doors) repeatedly, every day. I've read about the phenomenon in this context of animal abuse, but it is still surprising to see it (and the predictable reactions) in action.

From many of my posts regarding animals I don't think anyone reads this forum regularly would doubt my compassion for animals.

That being said my family has been in the cattle and sheep business for almost 70 years. That business saved my grandfather and many other family members from the coal mines which was the only other opportunity in our mountain community. The coal mines where both my great grandfathers toiled and suffered their whole short lived lives.

There is a difference between animals for consumption and animals for companionship. While I do believe in proper livestock handling at the end termination location. I also know what that beef consumption does for my family and myself. Including the ability to enjoy in this hobby.

I don't want to get into an animal rights drama considering what has happened in the forum recently, but I did want to say there is another side to every story.

Of course. I wouldn't say people who eat meat are horrible monsters or something like that (although I've come across plenty misanthropes who use animal rights as an excuse for their disdain for people). I mean, I used to eat meat myself and said I was the biggest animals lover there is!

Now coal mining, THAT is horrible—on the human body and the environment, and I'm glad your family had an alternative to that line of work. Many families don't, so while I want a healthy planet and less/no coal consumption, I want to make sure people have alternative, healthy, dignified ways to sustain themselves. I also recognize having to choose the 'lesser evil' between two imperfect choices—I mean, I regularly vote in US elections ;)

I think this topic can be discussed without turning into drama. (Although I don't seem to be as traumatized by recent flame wars as some folks. Probably because I skip most posts that are over a couple paragraphs because they tend to be either lectures or screeds. <yawn>)

I think there is a huge distinction between livestock and companion animals. It takes a special kind of evil to hurt/kill a companion animal to "punish" someone. It is psychotic. (Anyone see the video of the woman throwing her boyfriend's pug at him because she was angry at the dude?)

That said, I struggle with being such an avid carnivore. I know what the animals go through, and it's horrible, so I make myself not think about it. It's a real struggle of conscience for me. I want to be a better person, and that person would be a vegitarian, but I just like meat too damn much. :(

I think if we all took a tour of a slaughterhouse we'd probably either go vegetarian, cut back, or just be more selective where we buy our meats. I watched one video and it did bother me. I too struggle with being a carnivore. Mostly because eating a diet high in meat isn't good for you. I justify it with keeping it to a minimum.

FTM twink makes a good point though. Hearing Meat eaters getting all bent out of shape over someone's pet dog with the over the top responses does come off extremely hypocritical. Poor buddy. He was such an innocent little angel. That fucker needs to die. Lol My concern is that he did it in a park in front of children. Plus, the possibility of him doing it to a human is pretty high.

That's definitely not a personal failing. We ALL struggle! We live in a society that makes animal consumption compulsory, just as it does heterosexuality and (serial) monogamy (but that's a convo for another thread). And were taught not to question or think about it. The fact that you do shows you weren't fully programmed. Back to the mental imprinting factory you go! ;)

"Why We Love Dogs, Wear Cows, and Eat Pigs" is a really good book that examines our society's beliefs about animals and how those ideas translate into specific classifications and thus facilitate our relationships to them. It's a really fascinating read if you're into human psychology.

It also talks about the human toll of our animal consumption—imagine your day job was killing thousands of animals everyday. Even folks who don't care about animals would be heartbroken if they knew the high rates of alcoholism, domestic violence, and other mental health issues, and workplace dangers among slaughterhouse workers.

The boundary between acceptable and unacceptable killing of animals is very personal. There was a segment on a national current affairs program tonight about bow hunters killing feral cats. Those cats are terrible predators wreaking havoc on native wildlife. The hunters had been subjected to savage campaigns from animal rights campaigners. The hunters came across as thoughtful young men who 'got' the animal rights issues and thought that they were making a worthwhile contribution to the environment without causing undue harm. My inclination is that the cruelty of allowing feral animals to remain in the environment trumps the cruelty of eliminating them. The fact that the bow hunters were hot is completely immaterial!
