Any pay-for-porn sites worth it?

I had a subscription to UGAS. Thought it was a waste of money: mostly poor quality (and boring) still pics. Lots of the pics also required additional payment for “premium membership.”

 

Are any of them really worth the money?

I don't belong to any currently, but I've tried a few before and there really ARE some high quality sites out there where you get your money's worth. There are unfortunately more where you don't. I don't know your taste, but I'm into Twinks, so take that into consideration with the sites I list. May not be your thing, but there's probably an equivalent out there FOR your thing, and a few of these have multiple sections. lol.

If you're into movies and have a streamable high-speed connection (DSL or cable), AEBN's very nice and probably has something for everyone. $20 will get you just under 4 hours of streaming movies (they also have plenty of other priced packages), and there's a very WIDE variety to choose from. The way I watch porn, that lasts quite a while. LOL. And you don't have to watch full movies - you can use the time as you wish and watch just parts of different ones if you like - it keeps track down to the second.

Been a while since I've been to this site, but they had a LOT of high quality photo sets back in the day (even all zipped up and ready to download). Both single guys and multiple guys. And around the time I left (not because of dissatisfaction, but to try other sites), they were just starting to get some short movies and such. All around a very high quality site.

Having trouble remembering everything this one offered, but I think it had some better movies than Twinks.com but not quite as many pictures. Still, I remember it being a quality site.

Again, FREE! Even more stories, this one including straight ones. This includes the Nifty archive and is fully searchable, which is nice.

 

There's also a lot of porn available for free on P2P networks like Kazaa or eDonkey. Most of it is like music, however, and copyrighted.

Hardnthick, I also dropped by USGA membership several years ago for the same reasons you did confident I could replace their stuff with my own picked sites which are as follows:

 

http://www.badpuppy.com Most extensive including clicks to PayPerView sites.

http://www.boystation.net Best technology with movies, photos, etc.; cheap.

http://www.bfcollection.com Excellent photography, model situations.

http://www.nakedsword.com Best movie house, all you can see by the month.

http://www.eunuch.org The most scary, hot, story site. Try Nathan or Pueros.

 

All these have additions and changes each week if not more often and are certainly not boring (to me).

UGAS isn't really a "pay for porn" site. It's an adult verification service. But they sure work hard to mask the difference, eh?

 

Your best bang for your buck is probably one of the "portal" sites like bedfellow.com or badpuppy.com. For not much more than the cost of ONE site, you get access to content from MANY sites, as well as original content.

 

If you like webcam sites, they have feeds from all the major sites without your needing to sign up for each individual site. It might make sense to sign up with one of them so you can sample a bunch of stuff and decide what sites are really worth joining.

 

For streaming videos, probably the best going right now is nakedsword.com. They're the only one (last I looked) carrying Falcon videos (legally), for example.

Just my .02 cents worth, but no. Many people buy porn DVDs, watch them twice and are then tired of them, want something new. There is quite a market in used gay porn out there. My average purchase price for premium discs lately has been $7.50 which is not bad.

 

That's preferable to me. I can also watch the porn from my bedroom, with a friend.

About 5 years ago I subscribed to HMBOYS @ http://www.hmboys.com/. I didn't renew my subscription for almost 4 years but just recently decided to give it another try.

 

It's still a great site and I'm glad I started up again. Lots of unique models whose pictures you rarely see on other sites.

 

As for adult verification services, I haven't had one for months and don't miss it a bit. IMHO UGAS was one of the lamest services. All I ever found on their sites were recycled pictures.

Gay garage sales always have a porn section. Plus, I find ads in the local gay papers all the time for it. Once upon a time, you could find used porn DVDs on Ebay, but I believe Ebay has stopped all adult sales. Not even sure they carry any DVD products now due to piracy concerns.

 

Interestingly, a lot of the Amazon Marketplace sellers have porn. Check some of the bigger sellers and drop them an e-mail. Tell them your favorite studios, stars or whatever. Some of those sellers do thousands of transactions a month. Network with them a little, you'll find sources.

I have recently been enjoying radvideo.tv. Lots of content available, and you have the choice of renting a single scene, or the whole movie. Another plus is the RadVideo.com site has detailed reviews of most of the movies, plus there are still photos, so if you want to make the effort you can have a pretty good idea what you're buying in advance.

 

You buy time thru "ccbill", and then can view scenes/movies as you wish.

 

I have broadband, but still experience frequent pauses when viewing the videos. Not sure if this is unique to this site or not???
