Your diversity creates a great window on the world. As we range from the ridiculous to the sublime, I find myself caught up in your opinions, and forced to join in the debate. You all make me think and call me out when I am full of shit, so I have to think again.... or just be quiet for a while.

 

I don't yet have a clear picture of the difference between a "master" and a "apprentice" or a "viscount", nor an understanding of the points system and trophies, but it is all gradually taking shape. I don't know where you each live, although I know of someone in San Diego and someone in Belgium. Some of you have history together, and some, like me, just got off the boat. . Or the turnip truck. There don't seem to be many rules, except discussing discussions that were already discussed at disgusting length. (I apologize) I have so many,questions and not much data, sometimes

 

It reminds me of those logic puzzles from school.

 

Sam is a doctor. John is sitting next to Ralph, who is married to Susan. Susan is older than John, but younger than Sheila. The doctor loves John

What color scarf is Sheila wearing?

Well the descriptors... Newbie, apprentice, lord, and so on... deal with the amount you post. The more you post and the faster you do it, the quicker you move up in rank. It's kind of an incentive to post more for those competitive types. :) Same goes for the trophies and points.

It is kept less in Daddy's head than in xenForo's message center documentation.

 

But seriously, you can browse the Lounge and Daddy's Place forums and find threads explaining how many posts are required to reach each title. Unlike the VONSClub card, the number of points and posts do not translate into discounts on gasoline or five bucks off one's next shopping trip. That would be an interesting concept, though. $5.00 off an escort session for every 500 posts or save 'em up and get $15.00 off when you hit 1,000. Terms and conditions would have to apply, else we would get posts like "I'm one post closer to my $5.00 reward" five hundred times.

Of course once you reach Regent, Daddy will bequeath to you a rather large estate in England, complete with household staff of course. Think Downton Abbey, only larger.

Please, can we have stamps and booklets to stick them in and a redemption center where you turn them in and collect your selection and only have to pay the sales tax?

 

You're finally opening up about these mysterious social distinctions and how they are earned, but what about the TROPHY?? How did I earn a trophy, and can I have more? is there no Rule Book or Record Keeping? No Hall of Fame?

However, if you get there with posts like "Lord Have Mercy, I'm a Lord" or "Holy viscosity, I'm a Viscount" you get Paradiso Perduto from the 1998 film version of Great Expectations.

An interesting concept......? Sounds like Gay Heaven to me Wandering around in Daddy's Escort Warehouse putting our selections into a shopping cart and trundling them up to the check out line. 5% off here, 8% there, it all adds up.

By the way, I believe by asking a question in which the color of a scarf needs to be identified, there should be a alternate puzzle for those here who are colorblind.

 

I could ask what "pattern" her scarf is, but that would give unfair advantage to those who can tell polka dots from plaid. Perhaps, I should pull something from The No Child Left Behind Test Booklet, W's elixir for public education, and just ask who was wearing the scarf.

Some forum members must think there’s an award for “liking” the most posts. It’s funny to see them try to keep up as new posts appear, when it’s obvious they haven’t even read some of the posts they “like”.

 

If there were an "unlike" button I would be searching for it. I'm pleased with the new feature, and think

that the use of it is far preferable to a vapid "me too" kind of post.
