The Peerage

I just changed my avatar whenever my peerage level (and color) changed. I took the original image (which is my "true color" lol) and modified it to be yellow, blue, purple, etc. Pretty easy if one keeps a graphics file for one's avatar.

I think that's cool. I'm only semi computer literate. So I would have no idea how to do that. I'm assuming you must have hosted the image somewhere because before the current software, my avatar was uploaded from a webpage.

I got the Peerage list sans "Regent" (maybe no one ever had over 10,000 posts until BVB moved to Ft. Lauderdale? ) from a thread here on the forum a few years ago and kept a copy of it when I was but a humble Journeyman! I wanted to change the colour of my "True Heart" to match the different coloured circles which appeared on the old software with each subsequent elevation to another level of peerage. Now I am back to my original heart colour since the peerage levels no longer are delineated by colour!

 

Just FYI..."The More You Know" and all that!

In our imaginary Realm we have 3 Regents, 3 Princes, 2 Peers, 1 Duke... is there any way to know how many of us are in the lower levels of nobility?

Just noted that Quoth the Raven is a Lord. Might we either get unisex levels or at least Attribute sex appropriate titles when the sex of the poster is known. Lady QTR seems appropriate. Duchess, Countess etc

Are you sure that it is not an Earlene. I mean, are you really really sure. Cause I am pretty darn sure it is Earlene. Not Irlene, like Irlene Mandrell, but Earlene, nevertheless.

I have to admit that I don't care if the peerage is unisex or not. (PK, I think you have names and titles mixed up.) But if you really want to get it right, based on my current avatar (which I reserve the right to change back to the bird of ill-omen at any time without prior notice), the right title would be Goddess. Or if you want to take your chances on being familiar, Kanzeon.

I just discovered that this thread was resurrected yesterday, and I found it bittersweet to re-read it a year later. Only one week after I started it, the Duke of Earl passed away, and I became the only Duke in my household. After several sad months, Duke was succeeded by a young commoner called Mats, who--fortunately--is as genteel in demeanor as his predecessor.
