Personally, if an escort has excellent reviews from both men and women, I would be inclined to believe that he'd probably be much more sensitive to his client's needs in many cases.

Personally I don't care if the guy has or currently likes women. I care about how things are between he and I. I don't see people as gay/straight/bi.... I try to see people as people, and the ones that I spend time with like having sex. :)

 

I know several guys who are just as "talented" on one side of the fence as the other. As long as they can enjoy their time with me and/or other men, let's enjoy life.

As PK has surmised I have a hang-up about total tops. I miss out on some reportedly amazing tops who are versatile. Some great experiences have been diminished retroactively when I've learned that total top who once fucked me well is actually versatile. Yes, it's not rational.

I don't think either of the two of us who hire has ever posted a review without the escort suggesting it or knowing it was going to be posted. It's widely known that the escorts I've hired see female clients; the website of one of them makes pretty clear if you look at it closely. I'm sure they're aware that this will cost them some male clients. I assume serving the broadest (oh, the pun) possible clientele, being true to themselves, and the fees from the female clients they see makes up for it.

 

An absence of reviews or characterization of orientation isn't necessarily a guarantee that an escort doesn't see women as clients or doesn't sleep with them outside of escorting. A potential client would have to ask the escort about it. The escort could lie.

 

I understand the "ew" factor, especially for a gold-star gay. But if the client's playing safe and the escort's wrapping it up, what's the big deal? That the client is sucking dick that at some point in the past was in a vagina (presumably also with a condom on it)? That a women's lips might have been on that very same dick? It's not like the vagina-infected penis is going in the client's anus unprotected. (I'm assuming the client is bottoming; otherwise, this makes no sense whatsoever.)

 

What about escorts who see trans clients? I don't know what percentage of escorts who identify as gay only see trans clients and if so, whether they see only trans men or trans women or whether it depends on genitalia or sex acts, but the bi escorts I know see trans clients, which is a great service to that community. Heaven knows many trans people have a hard time finding partners who will accept them for who they are.

 

What about female clients who engage in anal sex instead of or in addition to vaginal? Is that equally ew-worthy? If so, why? It's not uniquely female, after all. Is it because women don't have a prostate? (A ridiculous distinction, imo.)

 

This revulsion at hiring bi escorts smacks of close-mindedness and a belief that "girls have cooties." It reminds me of the bigoted attitude of female porn stars toward men who work (or try to work) in gay and straight porn, which makes no sense for a guy who is known to consistently use condoms. It's also kinda silly.

 

Hire who you want to hire, don't hire who you don't want to hire. For me, it's on a par with racial fetishes, which also make me deeply uncomfortable but which, on the other hand, keep some escorts going. (Or not going, in the case where the client refuses to hire escorts of a particular race.) As far as I'm concerned, we're all human. Gay, straight, bi, queer (p.s -- I identify as queer, not straight, as I did before viewing women on women porn made for men), it doesn't matter.

 

I will be so happy (but also probably many years dead) when the world comes around to this view.

So well expressed QTR! That "ew" factor is pretty well "much ado about nothing" for me too! In fact, I have always felt that I might be a little bit of a closeted heterosexual, since my college period, when I actually dated two women but never went "all the way!"
