Last year I asked this similar question to see if your spending mirrored mine. It was quite different.. as most of you had spent more than the previous year. Now that the year is almost over..How did your spending this year compare to last year?

 

Me..I spent even less than last year which was low. My habits this year changed..I still found the greatest bargains between $200-$250 and that in my case the more the escort cost did not equal quality.

I was burned only once this year but I only gave the escort half the rate(so maybe I wasn't burned.) Never once this year did I give my money upfront even though many asked..

 

I had 4 overnites this year and none last year. They were all excellent and the remainder were repeats. Before the end of the year I want to try someone I haven't been with. Haus Weston is a possibility...but $500 to fuck him is pretty steep..

OMG, you had to ask. Just got done checking my calendar and I'm shocked and it's only November and December is my "BIG SPENDING MONTH". I spent well over $12,000.00:D but what fun I did have and that was a bad year with Stocks & CD's. Hmmmm, maybe I'll cut back in 2004 or maybe not. If the stock market gets better I guess I'll spend more:9

I think I spent more this year than last year... mainly because I travelled much more this year.

 

My travel times are when I usually indulge myself, and this year I had a boy with me almost everyday that I spent away from home, and that was probably something like 8 weeks. The vast majority of my hires were not hourly's either, but I had some absolutely great deals on multi-day packages with some very hot boys.

 

As a result of the many "extended" hires that I did this year, I found that the boys that I spent time with this year were of exceptional quality. And even though my budget was high, I don't regret a penny of it, and I had a great time.

 

Some of the wonderful boys that I had on extended dates include:

 

1) Travis of Boulder (creme de la creme)

2) Jared of Toronto

3) Bobby Thompson of LA

4) Brett Andrews of Atlanta

5) Ryan of NYC

 

All quality!

 

I also did some REVERSE tourism. Not only did I bring a lot of cute boys into Montreal to experience their city, I brought several very HOT Taboo dancers (who prefer to be anonymous) into the US (mainly NY) to see the how we live south of the border, lol. Except for the fact that they smoke too much, it is hard to find a better, more considerate travel companion than a French Canadian boy! hehe

 

Of course I also had some very memorable and wonderful single appointments, both with some new boys and some old friends, in places such as LA, SF, Vegas, NY, Chicago, Denver, and of course Montreal.

 

Bottom line... for me, my escort budget necessarily involves travel costs, as so much of what I enjoy requires me to fly boys here and there. If you include all of that with their fee as well, I can tell you that it is a LARGE number, with 5 figures, and the first number being somewhere between 3 and 5 (don't ever really bother to add it all up).

 

And with some dream vacations already in the planning stages, I suspect that next year will be even more.

 

But with the fun I am having, and the FANTASTIC boys I am having it with, I don't even care.

2003 has been the best stock year in the new millenium. For the first time in 3 years, the market is up relative to year beginning. With the 3rd quarter surge, it has been almost impossible to lose money in the market this year... so if you had a bad year, maybe you need a new broker (or if you did your own trading, maybe you NEED a broker). lol

I have found that the quality of the time you spend with an escort is much more a function of WHO you hire rather and WHAT you do with them rather than WHERE you hire them from. I have had fantastic experiences with both independents and agency boys (in fact my top two of all time are split between one Campus agency boy now sadly retired and one independent living in Colorado, lol)... Bottom line: Hire nice kids, treat them well, they put out, you pay them, everyone is happy!

The Stock quotes I was saying was just a joke;) I'm very "HAPPY" on how I did this past year

So far this year I have hired two more escorts than last year--and the year ain't over yet! Last year I spent $1240 in fees (I don't try to figure out things like transportation, meals, ets.), and this year it has been about $1600; it will probably be $2000 by year's end. This reverses a long trend of hiring less and less, probably because I realize I may not be able to get it up too much longer, so I might as well enjoy it while I can.

And just like last year your question prompted me to add things up. Last year I believe I spent about 14k. Last year I had only 1 overnight and rarely hired for more than 2 hours. This year I started doing a few longer sessions, overnights and some trips with a few select guys. I also used an Escort for a Tour guide in a few cities in addition to the "fun times" with them. When all is done the total will double plus a bit from last year.

 

There are only 2 Escort sessions, one a weekend trip, that I regret from this year and they are very much out weighed by some unbelievable times. 2 trips with Kristian/LA including Gay Day at Disney, the NYC Blackout Tour with Rick and Derek, 4 porn "stars" that really made me see stars, Sean Lespaganol who joined me on a Fantasy Trip to Paris, a couple of unbelievable Hot guys in Nashville of all places, plus many more wonderful memories with wonderful guys. Was it a lot of money? Yes, but this has absolutely been the BEST year of my life. I decided early this year that I would use my Disposable income on the boys. Will I do it next year? We'll see.
