I've never met him. I hold nothing for him or against him. The yearslong brouhaha over him in the forum is a dull, easily forgettable mystery to me. It's not like he comes in here a lot posting, so I don't know where all this comes from and don't really care. The bulk of the posts praising him or raving against him have scant information, so I have no basis on which to even form an opinion.

 

All these BN posts and controversies are to me what a lot of my posts seem to be to the bulk of the forum these days: nothing of any note! (In fact, this is the very first time I've ever commented on a BN thread and probably the very last unless he visits the forum to comment on a topic that interests me).

 

Based solely on his ad and pics, which neither entice nor repel me, I wouldn't seek to hire him out. But not in some OH MY GOD HE'S HORRIBLE kind of way. Just in a "he-doesn't-catch-my-eye" kind of way. I don't think he'd register in my mind at all without these various flare-ups. But the whole thing is very odd indeed. I think there are simply some ardent fans and ardent detractors out there who just keep it going, and why, I don't know.

He likewise does not "catch-my-eye"... and likewise would not have caught my attention were it not for all these BN threads over the years.
