For the first time in my life, I came across a guy with a micropenis during an un-paid hook-up last night. He was a 30-35 year old caucasian, was quite handsome and had a worked-out body. His penis was maximum 2 inches long......actually I think it was closer to 1.5 inches. The penile shaft was less than an inch and the head was about an inch deep. Basically it was like the head of a penis attached to his pelvis with virtually no shaft. I felt so bad for this guy as it must be extremely difficult for him (and others with this condition) to hook up with sex partners. I cannot see how he could successfully top a man or a woman.

 

What are the options available to guys for dealing with such a condition? I assume some consider a sex change......although that would only really work if the individual identified with the female gender. I'm sure some of these guys suffer terrible psychological trauma from the situation.

I really don’t understand this post. So he has a small penis, was he a good kisser? How were his oral skills? Did he bottom? Did you give him a blow job? A lot of men don’t top! There are surgical procedures that can correct that situation, but not recommended unless there are other complications. I knew a urologist who specialized in penis reconstruction for men who had major injuries from accidents and from war injuries. He said they had remarkable recovery unless there was nerve damage in the scrotum or if the injury had damaged the prostate or bladder. This was about 20 years ago, and this man has since passed away, but I suspect that there have been major advances in this type of surgery since then.

I am quite surprised at some of the responses. A "micropenis" is an actual medical condition that is defined and discussed. Look it up. This is far beyond just a small penis...it's like a button attached to the pelvis. I am sure no-one that has this condition is OK with it.

I had a friend do the same thing. Something he regretted. The healing part is a bitch due to the constant changes of the penis. The stitches constantly would break loose. It was a mess.
