Hard to believe... no pun intended....if he didn't want to masturbate, he certainly did not have to do so.... he choose to cooperate, and now has "buyer's remorse"... I was perusing the guys from Dallas listed on mem4rentnow.com and came across this new add: http://www.men4rentnow.com/ds/search.asp?cmd=search. Just in case the link doesn’t work his id number is 272537 and he is listed as jakeboy. Sure does look like the same guy so maybe he has taken up escorting OR somebody is using his photographs.

Thanks to JackTwist for sharing the details of Benjamin Bowers. I hadn't heard of him before, but I checked the photos on his LA agency website. He's a young man that I consider cute-looking with a fit, defined but non-steroidal body.

Like jgoo said, it's he said, he said. Unless other models who come forward and say the photographer asked them to do the same thing, I'm dubious.

 

But if he does have evidence that it happened, he can argue that a reasonable person wouldn't expect masturbating to be part of a modeling job.

This model takes his own clothes off and satisfies himself, the photographer isn't out there selling or showing any pictures and this model probably knows how to say at least one word "no"? Another case of someone who wants to get money by suing instead of working. His lawsuit is hopefully dismissed and I hope A&F sues him for their costs to defend themselves. Certainly no good came come to his modeling career (which maybe wasn't going so well, hence the lawsuit) as any photographer is likely to worry that maybe the lawsuit is false and if something good doesn't come the models way after a photo session, this model will find a reason to sue you.
