Reading the original post I went to his site and immediately scrolled down to his "price"...and then laughed out loud at $2000 per hour.

 

Nice looking guy...not my type but hot damn even if he was there is no way in hell that I would pay anyone $2000 per hour

Well, actually now I feel much better about myself! I have been feeling badly about having to raise my hourly to $200 to cover gas prices and driving time! Seriously, I mean , this rate may work for guys with more money than God and it might make a client feel important to be with him but in the real world very few will pay it..........on a related subject: I have a situation here in SW fla that is very similar to this. Yall may have seen the ads on RB and M4RN that feature several hot muscle studs down here. The ads are good and tantalizing and I personally know the very very nice guy who pays for the ads but most of the models DO NOT actually live here and when you find one visiting here and available they charge, "INDUSTRY FEES." These type models also tend to be STRAIGHT in their personal live and have alot of , "I don'ts" Now. If I were a client paying 2 grand I think I would have a reasonable expectation of at least topping or bottoming....but no...it is usually 2 grand to sit there and admire their body and maybe blow them. One time this ,"Agency," down here had a real and wel paying client but the owner could not actually produce one of his guys so the owner ended up calling me. If only every ad were accurate and the pictured models would actually show up and be polite what a wonderful world this would be. Finally, over my career I have know many porn actors who escorted at the same time. Their rates were generally higher slightly than mine but not by much. Not my type... not my body type... the ink is not flattering... and that includes the chicklet teeth... Perhaps he is charging these prices to pay for his dental work... or possibly to have it redone?

 

In any event, if he averages an hour a week of work per year that adds up to $100,000. If is is based in a very affluent locality (such as SW Florida, Boca, Beverly Hills, etc) that might pay off. The ad says that he is currently serving Chicago... Gee! Off the top of my head I (and I am sure every one of us here) can think of a half dozen guys who are based in that city that can be had for a fraction of the price!!!!

 

At any rate, if he is successful in such a marketing scheme... the more power to him...

 

PS: With any of his profits he should actually visit Gold's Gym and not simply wear the shirt... he could uses a bit of work... and then some...

After looking at the map of his location, I know why he's charging that rate. The poor baby is living on the side of the Kennedy Expressway in a forest preserve. He needs that fee to afford an apartment.

Yes I have also seen his ad for years. The rates he charges vary alot. I've seen it as low as 600/hr and now as high as 2000/hr. Also he moves around alot. I've seen him run ads in CA, FL, NY, TX, IL, and others. He also runs continuous ads on RB in Middle Eastern countries where the client would have to fly him out.

 

Clearly he is targeting the 1% of the population that can afford his fees. How many of them would actually pay it is a different matter. I also wonder if what he is doing in a roundabout way is hunting for a very well-heeled sugar daddy.

Even if a client can clearly afford the rates, unless this escort holds some cache' and is EXACTLY the clients type, we wont get much business. Also I dont believe the upper escelon client is picking Rentboys off a website. They are going thru highly discrete private services, or word of mouth....

 

There are definitely escorts cheaper with much BETTER bodies, more handsome faces and with less off-putting profiles. For this escort to succeed, there has to be a certain and immediate "connection" when the client views his ad. I am not one of those clients because his Ad didnt speak to me (well not in a good way anyway)...

I can see how an escort of truly exceptional beauty might be able to get a few clients to pay that amount, but any client who would pay that amount would have to be truly obsessed with his beauty, and I really can't even imagining that happening. I think he has to have a screw loose if he thinks anyone's going to pay that fee. Or, put another way, any client who's willing to fork out that amount of cash for him probably has a screw loose himself.
