I thought the exact same thing. The haircut is not flattering and though 'staches can look great on some guys it's not working for him. In Decatur Guy's posted photo you can also see chest hair, which could be hot as part of a more mature look. Just needs better styling but the goods still seem to be there.

You know, it's kind of funny. I never thought he was all that back in the day. Don't get me wrong -- he was extremely handsome and the body was near perfection.

With no other context provided, the underlying assumptions to that statement seem to be as follows: If he had HIV, he would be dead by now or obviously ill, so he is HIV-. If he has avoided HIV, he is probably straight, because A. straight people don't get AIDS, or B. people who don't get AIDS are probably straight. All these premises are obviously false. I realize that your statement was intended to be flippant and was probably thoughtless, but the logical weakness still stands.
