It is not as though one would have difficulty finding him. I realize he feels protected by the client's embarrassment and the he said he said nature of the crime. I do believe we could put a serious dent in his rip-off scheme if others also sent him on wild goose chases in a compressed amount of time. As he gets more and more suspicious about calls, he'll be more demanding and defensive with the naive first-timers calling him, and that may tip some of them off that something's not right with the guy.

I did not hear back ... but was hoping I would. I used a blocked number and left a message asking him where he was and did he have wrong place, as if there was a mix-up. I did call him about 30 minutes before the assigned time and he said he was on his way.
