I don't know the whole story with with BN or Noah. However, glutes did make an interesting observation based off this statement "I really was in a lake accident which broke my nose and left me with two black eyes". Then he takes pics 3 weeks later and looks great. I've had my nose broken in an accident and it took 6 months to settle down and look right.

We have no idea when these pictures were actually taken, only when they were posted in a blog. I have never met Noah, and I certainly think it is unprofessional for people to ask for fees in advance. If they were paid in advance, the client must live with the outcome...good or bad.

Ok so maybe he's just not the the sharpest tool in the shed. Dear client, I'm sorry I have to cancel because I'm just a mess. Broken nose, bruised, hospitalized, etc, etc. No refund btw. Then 3 weeks later he puts pics of himself (with dates and times added) on his blog. Hey everyone don't I just look the hottest of hot today. LOL

But as usual your reportage of the details seems slanted (or false as in the escort with no teeth story) so as to fuel your own particular obsession and/or vendetta with certain escorts. .

Scorpio, I am so glad you you brought up The Toothless Toro. Michael The Bull also asks for money up-front, and freely admits it.

You're proving the point - asking for money upfront isn't the issue; the issue is failing to provide service AFTER taking the money. And yet you drag Del Toro into this. Bizarre!

Excuse me, but if you believe that "Hiring Escorts is a crime", your on the wrong website. The point that both Hooboy and I have made for last ten years is that it is not a crime if you do not break the law. If you do not take the time and effort to learn what the law is then you deserve what you get.

Have we not beat the dead horse enough in a thread where it is obvious that somebody is playing political games for no apparent reason? If you haven't figured that out yet; read the thread again very carefully and ask: "Why would somebody do that?"

Hiring escorts is also a crime (assuming that hiring includes conjugating the verb).:D

It is unfortunate that there appears to be multiple clients left without compensation. But, I'm not sure a crime was committed by the escort because the "theft" of money was precipitated by the client trying to perform an illegal act.

Any legal beagles want to render an opinion?

I once thought the Driver kid was worth a look...

Any man who pays an escort "up front" is either desperately desperate or he is a fool. Escorts are entitled to have a bad month but that doesn't mean bad behavior gets a pass. Not with my wallet. Actions have ramifications. I won't be hiring Mr. Driver because trust matters to me. In business as in most relationships, once you lose trust, the wallet closes.

I do wish Noah Driver better times ahead as he tries to pull his life together.

Dear Daddy:

As most threads go I would normally agree with you, they run there course and the responses just become repetitive with opposing view points never coming any closer and escalation in verbal attacks rises to ridiculous heights.

This time I do not think it has at least until we hear from those clients who taken advantage of are on the road to being made whole again. There is no legal recourse for any of this so without some public pressure what else are clients to do. This is not a case of "He Said, He Said," the wrong has been admitted to. Now whether there are alternate or hidden reasons for some of the responses I do not know. But this whole situation casts a shroud over the whole industry and to not make a stand here is doing a disservice to all those gentlemen who conduct their business properly.

Anyway my two cents for what it is worth.

Here, here!! You and I are in the same boat because I believe that hiring escorts should NOT be a crime. However, in the world I live in, people get arrested for it all the time.

So, let's look at this from another perspective. I go to my local drug dealer to buy some speed. He takes my money and says he'll return with the pills. He never comes back.

I seriously doubt he could be prosecuted for theft since he "acquired" my money through an illegal act.

As someone who has posted numerous reviews, do you really think I don't support the legalization of hiring escorts? But, unfortunately, my desires and local reality are at odds.

And yet amazingly, there are enough idiots out there who would go to the police to file a report against their drug dealer. God I love America. Home of the dumbest criminals out there. To say nothing of Darwin nominees.

They get arrested for solicitation or prostitution Not for "Hiring an Escort!"

Completely depends on the context! Doing this in public could get you arrested.

Gawd, three pages later and we're still going strong! All because somebody wanted to play stupid political games.

;);) I once had a client who did something pretty damn close to that. Worse actually. Takes all kinds of folks to make the world go round.

Criminal fraud. Kidding me right? This is prostitution Miamilooker, not a commercial snafu with the better business bureau- The act in itself is an illegal one.

My point was that I never thought of ND as a prostitute. I don't believe you did either until you tried to lessen his activity to that of just something little boys do. It doesn't jive with many of your previous posts nor your own review of ND.

That's not saying Noah was right in how he handled this, but give the kid a chance to make it right before sicking the dogs on him.

How he handled what, exactly? If you think there's inaccurate information in this thread, please provide the correct info. I'm assuming you're in communication with him, so why not post the facts? How many loaned him money without their consent (is that an acceptable way to put it?)? What was the total dollar amount? As of today, no response to the review has been posted. I don't know how long it takes to get a response posted once it's been submitted, but I'd bet it's fairly quickly. How long does it take to write and submit a TRUTHFUL response?

You're one of the reasons this board is seen as only something negative by outsiders.

Yeah, I should post more like "J" from ND's blog, but then I might be accused of being a LLWNH - Lovely Lady With a New Hat (I changed that from a SOOF).

Getting your jollies from being a complete asshole to someone you really know nothing about is sad and worthless.

You can continue to call me names if it makes you feel better. As I mentioned before, since you seem to know the facts of ND's activities the last couple of months better than anyone else, why don't you post them? Are we talking about one instance involving a hundred or two; or, are we talking about multiple instances and several thousand dollars?

as an escort I can tell everyone that I NEVER take any money up front, ever. It is wrong and unethical. Payment is for services rendered upon COPLETION of the job. When I used to travel alot more than I do now the client would pay the airfare (roundtrip) and no deposit was required. Paying the airfare told me client was cool and even if the session went bad , which never happened, I always had my way home paid. To this day if a client offers to pay up front I refuse to accept it unless he just insists. I find I get bigger tips if I wait to get paid and that makes my clients more at ease and much more inclined to be a regular- which is what it is all about. I do not know this kid Noah or whatever his name is but he should return the money asap or offer the client a free session. Mikey9nola here

Update

After re-reading this thread today I believe the three individuals making allegations (myself included) were easier on Noah than many of the other forum members. All three of us were repeat clients (doesn't that say something?) who had mutiple positive experiences with him.

Shortly after my original post on the forum Noah contacted me, apologized for missing our appointment, made an offer of restitution and agreed to reschedule for this weekend.

When I attempted to contact him over the last week by email and phone to confirm he did not respond. He did not show for our scheduled appointment.

You also paid him money up-front?? How much, we can start a running total...
