Escorts Not Listing Their Age

My site of choice for cruising for escorts is Rentboy. I've noticed a lot lately that there is a majority of ads I am interested in have "unspecified" as to the age in the profile. Call it a pet peeve but it really annoys me when I find a cute guy but the age isn't specified. Perhaps it should not matter about the age and all that should matter is how cute he is but there are just some age ranges I find suits me better (as a general rule). I realize that if I am serious about a guy I can always contact him to find out but somehow the lack of an age listed tends to put me off from taking that next step.

 

I guess there could be many reasons why they don't list it and some of them that come to mind is the escort doesn't think it is or should be important or relevant, they think it could limit interest in them, age is a stigma for older escorts and they don't want to lie, everyone lies about their age so it is meaningless, etc.

 

Anyway, I'm wondering if others find ads that do not list an age bothersome or if its no big deal. And what do you think the issue is for the escort that they don't list an age?

 

Tried to search to see if this topic has come up before but did not find anything (but then again, my searching skills may not be that great).

Yes, I agree. But, when no age is specified, I assume he is over 30 and he believes that his age will limit the responses. I am less likely to call him. AND, I also question whether his photos are recent. If his photos are of a younger guy but he doesn't give his age, how old are the photos?

Well I don't think that what Wayout wants to do when he wants something cute is something most people would want to do with a puppy or a kitty. I don't know your tastes Edward but to each their own.

I don't think that this is necessarily true. I can think of one escort I've hired that has misrepresented his age and another that has not listed his age. Both cases, the pics are accurate, they are smoking hot, and they throw such an incredible fuck that they have me screaming like a teenage girl at a Jonas brothers concert. So do I care how old they are? You bet I don't.

 

Now, the other concern about putting up dated or fake photos? That's an entirely different issue, and one that is in no way exclusive to escorts that don't post their age.

 

Of course I love older guys so I'm probably biased here. Give me a 45 year old guy over a 25 year old guy any day. Experience counts.

If the EXACT age of an escort is really of vital importance to you about the only way you can be certain of his age is to set up an appointment with him and when he arrives DEMAND to see his driver’s license. Simply because an escort lists his, supposed, age on rentboy is NO guarantee that the age presented is correct. Frankly in many, Many, MANY cases it is not. As a rule of thumb I usually add five plus years to all the ages that escorts list. However, the bottom line for me is what the guy looks like and I could care less what his actual age is.

Well...I can think of one very well known escort who has been 40 for well over 10 years. While I guess that I could understand a tiny bit fudging (10-15 years is just a blatant lie), and considering that, I wonder what else he is not being honest about that may jeopardize the health of others.

 

I think that it is time for all of the Mature guys to come out of the age closet. If they are in great shape and a wonderful person then the number should not matter.

 

We hear so much about how people should be honest and open about who they are sexually, why cant people be honest about the age...I mean really, if the reviews stand up for the person, the charade should not be necessary.

I usually tell an escort I am in my 50's. That is true now and it was true last.....week. If an escort says he is in his 40's that tells me something about him different than if he is in his 20's. For me 42 and 47 are pretty much the same as is 22 and 27.

Well, of course, you cannot accept the given age at face value. But, looking at 100 or so guys on Rentboy or wherever, you must, in the first instance make a judgment decision based on the information given. You cannot call each of them, nor can you invite them and make a decision when they show up.

Age is nothing more than a set of digits which most of us have 2, maybe 3. Experience counts in my book but that's just me and I try not to judge and expect the same in return. I have been with 20 something guys and men much older who by far out performed the young guys like no other.

 

FYI, I'm 32 and will be 33 in July and that's fact.

I guess it depends what you're looking for. Judging by most of the reviews here these days it seems that the guys who visit this site are mainly into older guys. Certainly nothing wrong with that. And there are lots of older guys out there escorting these days.

I guess age has never been my main criterion. If I like his look. His personality and his presence turns me on. Then thats great. Honestly. More important to ne is accurate pictures and the way an escort makes you feel. Hell I had never seen a picture of Juan Vancouver before two days ago. However, he told me himself that he was 42, and that the agency knew that, but told him that they could not sell him if they advertised his real age. I think very few clients care about the escort's actual age, just about whether he looks the age that they want him to be.

Spanky, I agree. I want good accurate pictures and i like my escorts a bit older so I don't feel like I having sex with someone able to be my child/grandchild. I imagine the same goes for the younger client.

 

Truth be told, escort ads should have all the info someone needs and be accurate (in an ideal world). I feel the same about rates, incall info, sexual interests, etc.) Don't make me have to ask.

It's safe to assume that some escorts are going to list themselves a few years younger than their true chronological age. Recently, I noticed a Rentmen listing for a guy I've hired in the past and noted he had shaved three years off his age. Since he's now closer to 40, however I don't think he looks it, his new age moves him down a bit to his mid 30's.

 

Then there are the escorts who never seem to age a single year for nearly a decade. Here in DC there's a listing in the Blade for a guy who's been "24" for the last eight years. Though he's got the young collegiate look down perfectly, he's certainly in his mid-30s. I hired him in late 2001 when he was around his posted age though he’s never updated his photos or his web site since then. Still he gets the occasional good review so he continues to satisfy his clients.

 

Now, how many clients are less than forthcoming about their true chronological age?

I've noticed a lack of ages ever since Rentboy did its last upgrade. Maybe it is a system glitch like the prices quoted using the Thai Bhat and ads stating blond hair despite having black hair in all the pictures.

I too find not listing age to be a red flag. However, even listed ages can be deceptive. An escort here in Palm Springs in the last six months has gone from 32 to 29 to 27. He may have Benjamin Button syndrome.

lol I saw a masseur listed on line once as 29 in his massage ad but 37 on his facebook account and 39 on his myspace account.
