If you have mostly bottom tendencies, then anal play may be something worth exploring. My suggestion would not be to "go get fisted" but to find someone to explore with who can lead you along. Moving up from fingers to larger objects to more serious play slowly is a good thing.

Let's turn the question back on you. What's your motivation? Is it the physical feeling of having something so big inside of you, or is it more a mental thing? If you find someone with multiple tongues and you are an excellent contortionist, you can simulate the approximate sensation of a very small fist. I've found that fisting is 95% mental -- for the bottom. Your ass is a muscle and if you can relax, it will open up.
