PORN STARS AS ESCORTS

I wonder why there are so relatively few postings of reviews of porn stars. I've had some hits and misses in the days that I went after porn stars but most of that was before this website.

 

I'm wondering about bigger names like those in the Forest Family, like recently-released Mark Dalton. I wonder about others, too, like Jason Adonis and his little "brother".

 

Any ecperiences to share??

Well. What a can of worms.

If you keep up with the Forest drama, you'd know that his 'boys' are not for sale.... or so

he claims. You can contact Forest directly and find out about his "meet the stars" program.

But, the best thing to do is just email the stars themselves. Most have websites with contact

info. However, I feel you may be disappointed, as most do not escort. I've been on the set

with Jason, he doesn't escort, so I wouldn't bother asking. Your best place to start is right

here. Most of these reviewers and reviewees are a great source of information.

At the recent LA Hooville dinner one of the guests('scort)told me the fees paid by the studios for gay "stars"are decreasing because they are just using the vid's as advertising their goods for sale!

My experiences have been very mixed-some(like Travis Wade)were fantastic,others were a wast of time and cash.

I've heard the "mixed emotions" from clients over the years about porn stars. The general feeling was that they were nice guys and great in bed, but they felt that there was something lacking as far as a personal connection. They seemed to feel that no real effort was made to connect with them.

 

However, I also wonder if when you hire a porn star, there are expectations are heightened due to their screen images or personna. Could that be the case as well?

What you just wrote can be said equally about non-porn stars.

 

Some handle it well, and some not so much. Some deal with clients well, and some not so much.

 

That's pretty much a generic description of all escorts.

I pretty much agree with that statement. However, I would describe it more like the higher the preimum the greater the expectation. Since a large number of porn star escorts charge well north of $200 an hour a certain expecation comes along with that rate.

I pretty much agree, but you bring up the numbers game, which is pretty much the same as the shell game.

 

When one considers the global body (pardon the pun) of available escorts, a small fraction are porn stars. (The inverse is not true.)

 

Sure, many charge major premium rates. We tend to hear about them here thanks to JT Brooklyn. But it's not a global thing. (And in the subject of this thread, they tend not to get reviewed because they don't work as often.)

 

My point, though, is that ANY generalizaton (including this one) can be applied too broadly.

I think this has been discussed before (I seem to remember writing this), but I'll tell you my experiences. Generally, porn stars that I've hired as escorts have been great experiences. I think particularly of Rafael Carreras, Arpad Miklos, and Michael Brandon. These are the only porn stars I've hired and they were all among my top experiences. Of the 10 to 12 non-porn stars I've hired, only a few have measured up (so to speak) to these guys.

So I'm now inclined to hire porn stars when one strikes my fancy and is available. One advantage is you know more what to expect if you can rent their movies first. Their looks and attributes are more known to you than that one or two photos you may see on the web of non porn stars. I also think since they are more well known than non-porn stars, they may have more of a reputation to uphold. Finally, porn stars tend to be exhibitionists, enjoy sex, and are used to getting it up for guys they don't know. All good characteristics for an escort to have.

The only semi-negative porn star experience I've had is an aborted attempt to see Miguel Leonn. He cancelled on me twice at the last minute, but he did call, so it wasn't really a bad experience. He just seems to be a little hard to get a hold of.

The disadvantage of porn stars is that they usually cost more, but often just another $50 or so.

Of course there are non porn stars that are terrific too, but in my experience, as a rule, they are riskier bets.

The only time I hired a porn star was back in the late 1980s. Eric Ryan charged the going rate and was truly one of the sexiest men with whom I have ever done it, even though he was bi-sexual and pushing 40 by then. I still remember how masculine he smelled. I had a session with Tristan Adonis when he came to L.A. to do some porn work. He provided the bones (so to speak) of what I was looking for, but maintained the straight boy aloofness I expected. He told me that he did not escort in the city where he lives but would sometimes take appointments when he traveled. This was at least a year ago; I don't know if it has changed. He was, by the way, every bit as good looking as his pictures and did stay nicely hard. Thank you, deej, for reporting the jury verdict. The jury verdict was a complete acquittal of David Forest on the four counts of pimping and pandering in connection with his introduction ("meet the stars") service. Your post reciting the verdict was the fair thing to do after your earlier post. Another site has reported that Forest talked with the jurors and they shook his hand in congratulations, after 2 days of grueling testimony and 3 days of jury deliberations.

Again, a generality that can't be applied globally. There are pornstar reviews out there in the M4M ooze. (Some of them written by me. ;-))

 

What you said may apply to the top tier A-listers, I suppose. Of course, it's also possible that only a handful of "stars" are in that tier and their clients don't follow the goings-on here.

I started this thread because I was wondering about some of the current porn stars, especially Adonis and Dalton. I realize they are as varied in bed as any escort.

 

For my record, the porn pups I've been with who were scorching hot were Brad Hunt, Kurt Young, Lucas James and Caesar. My worst experience was Kurt Stafano. I had a very hot lapdance with Jason Adonis, and that got me to wondering if I should go after him.

I have tried contacting Jason Adonis when he is listed on Chicago's rentboy, I believe that is his hometown, but no response. Jason Branch is fabulous and incredibly expensive, but probably worth every penny I paid. He is still escorting but I believe selectively. Try his email on his review in CA-San Fran. Michael Brandon was the best when he was but has been out of it about a year in a good relationship. Mr Crawford is a budding star with his movie now out and is very nice. Josh Weston is listed on Rentboy, god his pics are to die for but no idea how he is in real life. You will have to hunt. I can say the couple I have met, have given me everything if not more than I asked for.

A very high percentage of porn stars escort. Making films is good advertising.

 

Then, again, how do you define "porn star"? To some, it's anyone who's ever been on film. To others, it takes some established creds. Mark Dalton has been mentioned on this thread, arguably one of the best-known in the business right now, but he's never actually had sex on camera.

 

It's sort of a tough group to generalize about because the group itself can't be described in any generic manner.
