LuckyLechon Posted Friday at 05:04 PM Posted Friday at 05:04 PM Hello, as the title asks. There’s a guy near me offering massage but for some reason it feels sketchier on Grindr. Am I being silly?
Connosieurhands Posted Friday at 05:08 PM Posted Friday at 05:08 PM I have - it’s risky for sure but I’ve generally had decent experiences (barring a couple of exceptions) but lessons learnt are 1. No deposits ever and if they ask for money up front before providing services say you’ll pay 50% first and the rest upon completion. 2. Ask for verification (grindr has time stamped pics that can’t be messed with) and 3. Arrange to somewhere outside in a public place before (outside their place or yours) so you can do a once over and vet. I’ve found grindr providers to be more amateur but generally more value for money. BonVivant, LuckyLechon, MikeBiDude and 2 others 5
Joe Soflo Posted Friday at 05:11 PM Posted Friday at 05:11 PM You are not being silly. In my experience the massages offered on Grindr are fake accounts or scam artists. The profiles are brand new and if you reach out to inquire you will usually get a Jpg of a price list. They generally will ask you for a deposit. If you check back a few days later the profile is deleted. My assessment, don’t look for massages via Grindr, unless you see the provider is also has a RentMasseur or Masseurfinder profile DMonDude, LuckyLechon and + Just Sayin 1 2
+ Snbrd Posted Friday at 06:56 PM Posted Friday at 06:56 PM It’s pretty common in Puerto Vallarta. MikeBiDude 1
Nikba Posted Friday at 07:41 PM Posted Friday at 07:41 PM It actually works quite well for domestic and an oversea trip and 70% of the guys I met were from an application sites. With caution, video call to verify the person, an agreement with services promised, and common sense one should be happy&enjoy. As another person had said "grindr providers to be more amateur but generally more value for money." It is true with my experiences. Connosieurhands 1
DunwoodyGuy Posted Saturday at 12:08 PM Posted Saturday at 12:08 PM They are ALL frauds. ALL of them. If you find one that is real, I'll eat my hat. Caveat emptor. MikeW and Mr.Peach 1 1

Wdym “real”? I’ve had several experiences with amateur massage providers on grindr as have others on this thread. Yea, they’re not licensed or professional but if you’re looking for body contact, not everyone is a fraud and you can root out the fake guys with some diligence. How did that hat taste? carnalvore 1
jonasfoleson Posted Saturday at 03:56 PM Posted Saturday at 03:56 PM Grindr is a hook-up site, not an escort site. One would think it's not part of their TOS. Mr.Peach 1
ACluelessGent Posted Saturday at 04:12 PM Posted Saturday at 04:12 PM No, I've not seen anyone good looking in grindr ever. But I've used Instagram and TikTok.

mtaabq Posted Saturday at 04:47 PM Posted Saturday at 04:47 PM I have successfully hired from Grindr - once. Yes, I’ve encountered many a fraud so caution is the road to follow. Others here have said it - don’t send a deposit, ask them to cooperate with a quick video call, and meet in public first. (Have your scene at a hotel if at all possible.) I’ll agree that the legit guys hiring via Grindr tend to be more amateur than pro, but I got great value for my money. If you are going to hire from Grindr do your due diligence and proceed with caution. Connosieurhands, BonVivant and MikeBiDude 3

No hat eating. Not by a long shot. DMonDude 1
theplayerking Posted Saturday at 08:08 PM Posted Saturday at 08:08 PM I’ve seen it in places like Mexico or the Philippines. Mainly part time guys looking for a quick buck.
eagleeyejake Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I hired one off of Grndr. It was a good experience, and he had/has a RentMasseur profile, although I didn't realize it at the time. I've left him a good review and have used hired him several times.
