I don't know RM policy for billing, but since this provider is new, one guess is that either RM has a grace period of no charges, he had not been billed for the ads, and maybe he is trying out different ads with different messages to see which one gets the most clients. However, I do notice that the stats differ for each ad, particularly age and weight, which is concerning. He even has different information for zodiac sign!
