Is RM Messenger down?

RM Messenger has been down for me for a few hours. Anyone else having this problem?

I've often had it say offline. But then I send a message. And it transmits.

In my experience that thing never works well, mid typing message it disconnects and I need to start over, it is awful.

Me and all providers I am friends with prefer text message over anything else.

Yes.  I am experiencing the same thing.  Different than the normal issues.  It just shows a black screen.  Tried it on cell and on desktop and several different providers.  Nothing

I can get it on my iPhone, but not on my laptop currently.

Not working for me either.  I tried my cell phone and laptop with no luck.  Also tried clearing cache and stuff like that.  Didn't work.  

I didn't see any support contact either.

Haven't been able to read messages since last night

It worked fine for me all day yesterday and I tried just now and it's working fine. I'm on a laptop using the edge browser.

It works on Chrome

also on Firefox I cleared my cache and resigned on and it works

It seems if you go to your history and clear the cache, messenger works again.

Clearing cache didn’t work on my iPhone. 😟

For me it's only rent.men not working, and rentmen does.

It worked for me, but I had to clear my Safari and delete the home screen bookmark I had and reinstall it

I ended up clearing my history and restarting.  Both iPhone and laptop (Mac).  That worked.

I have just the opposite scenario - works on my laptop but blank on my phone.

Hmm, cleared history on the various browsers on my iPhone but still blank screen when selecting the message function. Grrrr

Rentmen messenger is notoriously fickle and even when you do these steps - there is no way of knowing if the issue is not effecting the person you are trying to message. 

That is why providers so often ask you to text them instead.

I just sent a message and it worked. I got an auto reply asking me to text instead.

Yes, when I go to RM messenger I just get a black screen and can’t read any of my messages right now
