A few comments:

1) He describes himself as “famous professional bodybuilder” - That could be verified, right? Does anyone here who might be familiar with the world of bodybuilding recognize him?

2) His phone number does have the area code for Las Vegas - and typically the fake ads have an area code that does match the city in which they’re placed

3) His ad was created Jan 7th and on Jan 21st he uploaded a video of himself - but I can’t tell if that video seems A.I.-generated or not. 
 

4) He says he requires some “light screening” of clients - whatever that means - but it occurred to me that a fake ad would not typically declare a requirement like that since it would probably alienate a lot of people from responding 

So could these observations make us lean towards thinking he’s real?

well, he's real, but don't know if that's the guy that will be knocking on your door.....his pictures have been used before by another imposter(?)......image search leads to a Venezuelan native and now Las Vegas, NV-based personal coach (initials AP) with that impressive physique.......the two pictures with an apparent female may be from one of those simulated sex shows available in LV that he decided to do??........since the cities match and his text suggests strong limits (muscle worship only??), I dunno??........ real?

I hate to sound crude! But one of the things that he told me to is that he does not suck. And I’m sure in the hell I’m gonna pay that kind of money for somebody that’s not going to do that.
