Does that make it more clear for you? I didn't mean the same person wrote for multiple escorts! Also I don't believe and never implied that AI was used. I do think escorts write or get somebody to write reviews for them because of patterns. But no I agree it would be a stretch to write for multiple escorts. Follow me now?

I would never leave a good review if the place was not clean and the RM reviews specifically ask about the ambiance. It depends. Not everyone would mention that kind of thing in their review the way you would unfortunately, because not everyone would consider that a dealbreaker or worth a star deduction, just something worth knowing. The one who told me about the messy apartment of a provider they otherwise had a great time with only told me in DM and not in their public review. That's why i reach out for the actual story. Some questions are things a provider may not be forthcoming with too. Like if you ask a provider "hey is your room clean", they're not going to answer "it's a fuckin' mess bro" ya know? That's why it's good to get multiple anecdotes and kind of average it together to help make your decision about hiring. Edited yesterday at 12:01 AM by DMonDude clarification Danny-Darko 1

Regarding your first sentence here: i think you are referencing the possibility that a person is making multiple Rentmen accounts and writing reviews on those multiple accounts for one escort. That seems expensive, and demanding in terms of different phone numbers needed (as RM requests phone verification now to verify uniqueness). I doubt that it is a behavior or practice that is widespread. Also, you weren’t the person I was referring to in terms of reviews being allegedly written by AI. Edited yesterday at 12:08 AM by Cretus
+ JamesB Posted yesterday at 12:08 AM Posted yesterday at 12:08 AM I’ve grown skeptical of reviews on RMen, and Rmass for that matter, mainly because of how negative feedback is handled. It is very hard to get a negative review published and If a provider asks for a bad review to be removed, chances are it will be taken down. That makes it hard to trust the platform since unfavorable experiences can simply disappear. When I read reviews, I look for red flags like multiple posts from the same person, accounts with only one review created right before posting, etc. Personally, I only leave negative reviews if there’s a serious issue like a scam. Many others probably do the same, so the lack of bad reviews doesn’t necessarily mean a provider is good. Here in COM, at least, you get the full picture. The good and the bad stay visible, and it’s up to each person to read through the experiences and decide what makes sense. SidewaysDM and Danny-Darko 2

Yep, because providers spend much more on those sites, not just their classified but also the daily bump, the gold or platinum level, 'rentman of the day', etc. RM Is not going to allow bad reviews on providers and having those providers stop advertising or purchasing extras, rm has all the incentives to only keep 5 star reviews. It sucks for the providers but I will not meet if they don't have a thread here already. Edited yesterday at 12:12 AM by savantsav

Yes, I see that it could be interpreted that way, but that is why I explained myself in other posts. I never thought I would have to spell it out. I assumed one could deduce the meaning intended. I guess not! 🙄

I must be too literal for your taste, because I was calling out this phrase, which I viewed as an exaggeration: “I've also noticed that many if not most reviews, have the same wording from each particular escort” I don’t appreciate what seems to be a subtle jab at my intelligence. Alchemy Posted yesterday at 12:48 AM Posted yesterday at 12:48 AM I always check on companyofmen. But I also think there is some value to the ones on RM. Even though we know RM makes bad reviews difficult, you still see some, which indicates the rating system is not entirely false. If a provider has dozens of reviews, I view that as a group endorsement of sorts. The only bad experience I've had is when I tried a guy who had only one review. Cretus and SidewaysDM 2

You will notice that most of those who have negative reviews don't have gold/platinum badges, and are probably buried in the last pages. RM has all the incentives to extort from providers money in exchange for better placement and managing bad reviews, the same way Yelp extorts other businesses. SidewaysDM 1
Cowboyconner2 Posted yesterday at 01:36 AM Posted yesterday at 01:36 AM I appreciate all the replies here, too! Although I'm new to the forum, I'm not used to RM. I've never had a need to have a premium membership, but it always irked me I could never leave reviews without it. I think the responses here state why that is the case, but anyone else have any further insight into this?
Cowboyconner2 Posted yesterday at 01:37 AM Posted yesterday at 01:37 AM ** I'm not new to rm. (used was a typo)

It would be really bad if any and everyone could write a review without the commitment signal of paying for a premium account. Providers would write 800 5-star reviews for themselves . Reviews would then truly be utterly meaningless- so it just wouldn’t be a realistic scenario. Edited yesterday at 02:12 AM by Cretus Whoisyourdaddy 1
Cowboyconner2 Posted yesterday at 02:25 AM Posted yesterday at 02:25 AM I feel stupid haha makes 100% sense and I am not sure why I didn't realize that, and you're absolutely correct that is what would happen. Thanks for the response! Danny-Darko 1
