Sometimes providers have two ads if they travel a lot. Or if during some months they have a second location like  NYC/Fire Island or Barcelona/Sitges.

This provider also has 2 legit ads on Rentmasseur so..... it's likely him making multiple accounts. Check if the phone number is the same.
