samhexum Posted October 14 Author Posted October 14 Mark Feuerstein's wife produces DMV so he guest starred in the pilot and one of the supporting characters is played by an actress from Royal Pains.
jeezifonly Posted October 15 Posted October 15 There's only about half a hundred other places to set a workplace comedy that could milk it past five episodes. Time will tell. Network TV - making a good case for its own survival, or no?
+ purplekow Posted October 15 Posted October 15 I had the misfortune to have the remote control out of reach when this was on and I decided to give it a look. That is 22 minutes I will not get back ( the commercials were (entertaining) What would prompt any programmer to put his piece of crap on their schedule? Instead of a camera crew, ala The OIffice,, Parks and Rec and others, this uses inspectors as the observers of the hijinks that occurs at the DMV, many offices of which are hotbeds of hilarity. I would say this was a car wreck but some car wrecks are impossible not ignore. I would suggest that if you are considering watching this, you give your walls a fresh coat and then watch the paint dry instead. samhexum 1
