as long as there’s heat, I’m happy lol. unfortunately, my property manager ignored my request for proper heat and my apartment was 55° when I was called outside as long as I have heat I’m fine. lol. without going too much detail and still looking to sue them unfortunately it’s not something I wanna do, but I don’t like seeing people getting taken advantage of.

A coworker of mine lives in an apartment complex. This past winter the amount of snow we had crushed all the air conditioning units for each apt. She went this whole summer without air conditioning as the replacement units took forever to come in and get installed. Her apt ended up being one of the last as well to get replaced.

Thank you for the kind message. Yes, They some people that will always say something negative about you. Whether you do something good or bad. I have been very lucky to meet some really great clients, but I’ve met a lot of people who are not so nice people. I tried to stick to my nice clients because it’s always good vibes with them.
