Yes, there always is. Even with a clear recent test it doesn’t mean 100% safe though. It’s a risk doing bb. One takes as many precautions as possible (be on prep, doxy prep, test regularly, ask partners about their status etc) and then decides. I’m responsible for my sexual health and I’m not blaming anyone else if I catch anything.
