Yes, there always is. Even with a clear recent test it doesn’t mean 100% safe though. It’s a risk doing bb. One takes as many precautions as possible (be on prep, doxy prep, test regularly, ask partners about their status etc) and then decides. Not to be repetitive, but in my experience “ask me” has meant BB if the vibe gets to the point of penetration.
